Weekly Practices for
February 2010:

The purpose of a spiritual practice is to open a portal to your authentic
energy…that which is beyond density…when you take the time to fully embrace
a weekly practice you assist your energy to anchor greater presence and enjoy
greater abundant flow.

OK, now that you’ve allowed
yourself to break through any journaling resistance, here is a technique that
will generate greater harmony in all or your actions!

This is a simple journaling
assignment and one that is best to start your day with!  If you really do not
want to journal, then pull out a piece of paper, either way, simply begin with
the following every morning and watch the miracles unfold!

Write: Joy is my birthright!  
Then respond to: Today it would bring me Joy to……

February 07 – February 13

Create your own pool of crystalline liquid light!

As you claim your pool of crystalline liquid light, you
will re-discover the majestic presence of your I AM presence of love!

You will find this pool in any body of water while the sun
embraces it.  You may create this pool by simply placing water in an earthen
bowl and arranging it so the sun shines directly onto the water.  Gaze into the
water and see the sun reflected into the water as you gaze into your eyes. 
Smile and breathe.  Then, close your eyes and call forth your soul A-lion-ment
and tone loudly.  I AM.

February 14 – February 20

Let us fully unveil the beauty of your crystalline liquid
light that you initiated last week.  You may connect with this shower of
illumination and inspiration as you discover the moment of stillness in action. 
This stillness is a great gift and the moment of its unfoldment is one that
opens limitless doorways of Divine reunion.

Gaze at a flower. 
Gaze at the sky. 
Gaze at your eyes. 
Gaze deeply within. 

It does not matter where or what the gaze is directed at. 
What does matter is the moment of presence that is called forth from the
stillness in action OF the gaze.

Intently gaze and allow your doorway of Divine reunion to
open.  Breathe and relax deeper into the gaze and simply unfold yourself.  Step
through this limitless doorway and embrace the 1000 petaled lotus that greets
you.

Be cradled by each petal of this lotus as you relax even
more into your illumination.  And as you do, allow our inspiration to bring
forth the miracle that seeks to manifest through you: TODAY.

Each day practice this stillness in action.  Discover the
gift of the gaze, and as you do, the intention of the Divine reunion that is
already active within your stillness will unfold as the petals of the lotus.

21 – 28

As we culminate our journey through this month of focused
love, here is a very special message and practice from the T-12:  They call is
the Peace of Love.

Surrounding thee is the cocoon of loving energy that
offers great peace to a soul in body on a planet of confusion.  This wondrous
cocoon has many names and also brings forward the Divine connection of
recognition when ignited by a consciousness re-awakened.

This energy is in all-ways abundant and in all-ways a
constant and gentle presence available to ALL.  There is not the energy of
separation within this field, there is only the unifying presence of connection.

Around your physical body there are many energies that
are cocoon like.  These energies seek to keep you comfortable in a way of being
that is in accord with the expectation of one who is not ready to remember. 
With each moment of conscious breath and with each moment of inspired awakening,
you effortlessly move through the pinhole of opportunity and begin to connect
with the Cocoon of Great Peace that is just a breath-beat away.

This Peace-FILLED environment is ALL-WAYS with thee. 
This Peace-FULL experience IS thee.

When you touch this energy, you discover the
instantaneous energy of refreshed spirit, renewed tenacity, and reawakened
presence.  

You have a name for this energy, and yet often you
misuse this name.

What is the name of this energy?  How do you find the
pinhole to connect with it?

Through the gift of LOVE…as you, with you, around you,
loving you.
