The purpose of a spiritual practice is to open a portal to your authentic energy…that which is beyond density…when you take the time to fully embrace a weekly practice you assist your energy to anchor greater presence and enjoy greater abundant flow.

Can you find the joy in all interactions?

If you can not, can you joyously have mercy on yourself that you did not?

July 11 – July 17:

To fully surrender is not to give up … indeed it is to embrace the beloved presence within thee without hesitation or resistance. This is the relaxation of divine energy that is simply recognized as a form of surrender. When you allow the relaxation to enter your energy stream without hesitation, the fullness of your energy is opened to the expansiveness of the universe. To feel any congestion in the body, mind or spirit, simply is the expression of hesitation.

Breathe into your divine expansiveness often and bring forward the joy-filled recognition that you are ready to relax. This is the true surrender.

July 18 – July 24:

What are you giving your power to? If you give your power to paper, then paper will have all great power. If you give your power to your own divine recognized power center, your heart, your understanding, your truth, then you will attract and receive an abundant, extraordinary recognition.

So – if you feel short of breath, which is a wonderful way to pay attention, if you feel tightness in your body then you must ask yourself, “Where in the lineage of my own believe in me, understanding that I am here, have I forgotten my truth?

The true miracle is the calling forth of your focus without distraction from the illusion.

As a being of infinite expression and expansion, the only force that can deny your miraculous power of manifestation is your lack of focus upon this gift. Stray emotions, discordant energies, judgments… FOCUS upon your recognition. FOCUS upon your miracle intent. FOCUS upon your expression as a being of infinite love in form. You must focus to claim the harmony of your life!
