  1. What Is Self-Ascension?

    Spiritual growth is remembering of who you are as a spiritual Being! Giving yourself the gift of activating your Soul’s Purpose for its highest expression allows you to nourish and maintain a state of enlightened living and true bliss.     For most this does not happen over-night, rather we begin to blend our so called "higher consciousness" into our day-to-day lives. This path of conscious evolution is both challenging and rewarding for as we blend soul-consciousness into our day-to-day experience, the "trauma-dramas" of the ego begin to dissolve. It is initially very challenging, for one must release the belief systems that keep your consciousness invested in 'separation' (as opposed to Unity consciousness). As your Authenticity begins to emerge into your day-to-day life, you may be called to a new career, a new primary relationship or experience other changes that can stimulate ego-triggered fear. Thus, Self-Ascension takes focus and trust. Yet, there is no greater Joy than living consciously in your divinity!

    The path of Self-Ascension requires guidance for the ego will readily sabotage one's progression along the path. The most common pitfall is the "spiritual ego". Many who have been on a spiritual path reside within this veil. To support you on this journey we have designed workshops, readings and audio programs for couples and individuals.   5. What is the light I see coming from my child?

    I am wondering if you might be able to answer this question for me - my daughter who is 3, I believe is very open spiritually as all children are. Little things she has done like open a book to a certain page that I was interested in, etc. and she has never eaten a bite of meat (NEVER) - I believe it is because of her own inner discernment. Anyway, last night she was sleeping in my bed and during the night it seemed that there was light coming from her (hand area) have you ever heard of this? I'm not sure if my eyes were playing tricks on me in the night. Please let me know if you have any feelings on this. It is more like a small spark of light (coming from her or around her, I am uncertain). I try to see it but she moves always and then I am back to sleep! Thank you so much,

    Namaste Patti! What a true blessing the children of this moment are! We celebrate ALL parents of these enlightened beings of such great love that they have chosen to incarnate on this planet to fully assist all of us to remember who we are.

    As you already are fully aware, your amazing child is fully awake and simply enjoying the experience of being in body during the daylight hours. Her choice to not eat meat is indeed due to a vibrational frequency of attainment that has fully embedded in her DNA and is also the gift of presence for all those she interacts with.

    While she is sleeping she is FREE to fully ILLUMINATE her many gifts that will begin manifesting with greater expression in just a few years. There is nothing to fear here, only to celebrate her own process of bringing full alignment with her healing capacities back into form in a manner that is safe, gentle and non-frightening. Remember, while a true master she is...a young child she is also.

    May each moment bring forward greater joy as you lovingly teach her the gift of gentle touch. If you do not already have a house pet, this would serve her well. Together, offer love through petting of the animal and smile as you will gently begin to notice this light become ever brighter through this conscious hours training. Simply breathe in the gift of Divine presence together and may each breath be filled with joy!

  6. How can I flow with the new energy on the planet?

    Dear Sri and Kira,

    I love your website and newsletters. I am reading your fourth book: 2012 Awakening. I love it.

    I am wondering if you can please tell me how to deal with the new energy on the planet. Within the last week, my sleep has been interrupted between 1:00am to 4:00am. I feel very light headed and disconnected. I get irritated a lot by my 4 year old daughter (who is a crystal child). I feel really bad when I yell at her. I have been craving fresh fruit and vegetables.

    When I am driving in the morning to work, I am aware of the road, but feel like I am not in the car. I see everything, but do not remember the drive to work. Then this morning I could feel all the life energy all round. The life in the trees, bushes and grass (it is winter up here in Wisconsin and everything is covered with snow). The colors in the morning sky were so warm and loving. Then by the evening I feel really drained by the day.

    What can I do to help my body flow with the new energy?

  7. What is the connection between the Es-see-nah and the Great Mothers?

    Perhaps you can shed more light for me. I have been listening to the Book II; what an awesome discourse that is, right on time! I have been reflecting on the return of the Great Mothers during our transitional time. My question centers around the Es-see-nah connection to the Great Mothers? Is it possible that Great Mothers were a part of the Es-see-nah, but that not all Es-see-nah were the Great Mothers?

  8. Is the raising of the Dome of Divine Protection related to the recent snowstorms?

    I have been following the raising of the dome in India, and I have repeatedly received strong impressions during meditation as well as at other times that the heavy snow storms reported in so many places are strongly related to, if not a direct result of the raising of the Dome of Divine Protection.

    I do not like snow personally, but I can accept the fact that snowstorms can be great dampers on dark energies, and I have read and heard from a number of sources that they (snowstorms) are often used for just such purposes, and that to those who are spiritually and psychically sensitive, there is a difference between snow storms deliberately created for such cleansing purposes and snowstorms that are just part of normal weather and climate patterns for any given geographical area. Any comments?

    Thank you for writing and asking about this question. Indeed there is great symbolism in your sharing and there have been MANY benevolent interventions on our planet since the raising of the Dome. Your sharing reminds us of the wonderful moment in the movie The Wizard of Oz. Dorothy and her friends were just about to arrive at the Emerald City when the Wicked Witch lulls them to sleep in a field of Poppies. It is then that Glenda, the good witch, unable to directly interfere, wakes them up with the gift of soft, cleansing, snow. Perhaps this analogy, so perfectly displayed in this movie, came forward from the greater inner knowing that indeed EVERYTHING on the planet Gaia serves to assist humanity to grow.

    While there are now many who are doing their best to manipulate the weather, (HAARP), and use this gift to stimulate greater chaos, there are also those energies of benevolence which will in all-ways come forward THROUGH the energetics of the planet to assist us without interfering with us.

    EACH being on this planet can lend their hand through the conscious responsibility of our thoughts and actions.     My birthday is Dec 21 so the Dec 21, 2012 date is even more important to me. I am aggressively moving on my spiritual path in preparation for 2012 and was wondering if there is a special place, on Earth, that we should be on this date and year?

    What a special birth date! It is important to remember that each of us has a role to play and that we will be called to anchor our presence in the manner that best serves our personal evolution and the human family. Or, said differently: Listen to your heart! The time between now and December 21, 2012 will offer great awakening energies to our planet. Each person has the opportunity to grow in clarity and wisdom--this indeed is the path of empowerment. There are many wondrous places on this planet. Cultivate your inner dialogue with Spirit and trust that your soul will guide you to be in the perfect place on that date and year! By practicing this inner dialogue now you will eliminate all doubt from your life.

  10. Is where I live energetically able to be a portal of Light?

    Dear Sri and Kira,
    I just listened to the July Insoulment and wondered two things: I would like to get a copy of Godfrey Ray King's book that you spoke of before the insoulment and I heard you say the book has been changed somewhat since the original edition. Would the information in the newer editions still be as consistent as the original? I wondered what changes were made from the original?

    And my next question is a little more private... probably one I do not wish to be published, unless you think it has some merit for others.

    I was listening to the Insoulment and hearing Zadkiel say the four points of energy (or portals) coming in would be Peru, New Mexico, Guatemala, and the headwaters of the Ganges in India. I was driving in Vermont, enjoying the views of the mountains and lush green (lots of rain this summer) when I was listening to it and I just wondered to myself, what about Vermont? Vermont is so beautiful and holds an energy, too...is Vermont energetically able to be a portal of Light? I live here; I haven't felt the need or urge to move and yet in the back of my head, I remember conversations about the "east" being so much in density. Could you speak more about the energies in Vermont and if there is anything I can do to bring in or hold more Light here?

    Yes! The July In-soulment was so truly powerful and inspiring. We are publishing your full question as indeed it does apply/have merit for many! Thank you for asking. The four energetic portals that were referred to by Archangel Zadkiel during the In-soulment are an ancient realignment grid of crystalline energy specifically for this moment in history. Once fully anchored on our planet they will unite a Divine Dome of Protection for all who seek to gather Crystalline Light and Love from their presence.

    There is much more about this Divine Dome that we will be releasing shortly. In April 2007, the Ascended Master St. Germaine came forward with a short, concise and powerful discourse that set the date of December 17, 2008 as the time to be at the headwaters of the Ganges to "connect" the energy and raise up the dome!     Namaste Sri and Kira, I am wondering about the information regarding the end of this expression of density and that there is no further expansion required/allowed/possible? (I am not sure what the right word is. Have we run out of time? Is the shift going to eliminate our 3rd dimension and make room for the 5th for those who chose and some other dimension for those who wish to continue in a similar form of density to the 3rd? I am reading 2012 You Have A Choice and Atlantean Revelations and this question keeps rising in me. Thank you for all of your beautiful work. I look forward to our time together in Guatemala.

    We celebrate your commitment to orient yourself to these times. The original Revelation from the Archangelic realm was that we have gone as far as we can into density and that we are being called back Home. This means that those who choose density (3-d) will have repetitive cycles of energies that are most familiar. And they can continue to choose this.

    Now that the 3rd dimension is folded into the 5th dimension people have the opportunity to decide where to anchor their consciousness. We have an overlay situation – both are available. As we fully align with the frequency of the 5th dimension, the “old ways” seem incongruent and sometimes even ‘insane”, for Unity and Flow are more primary. From this 5th dimensional energy we become ever-more clear and un-plugged from 3rd dimensional issues and belief systems. As the chaos and polarity continue in the coming year there will be a radical difference in what some folks will call “normal”, depending upon their vibrational frequency.

    The 3 rd dimension does not go away. Instead it will be cradled by the loving energy of the more awakened beings in other dimensions…hold space for the eventual awakening of those addicted to 3-d.

  12. Attraction vs. Attachment

    Oh my gosh! The Essene Message 11 knocked my socks off!! I can feel my mind whirling trying to wrap around it even as I remind myself that my mind does not need to wrap around anything. So my question is of course attraction and attachment. Do I still picture the perfect work environment coming my way and not be attached to the details? Or do I just enjoy where I am and trust that if I need to be some place different that path will reveal itself for me to follow?? Another example, my son is applying for colleges. My meditation for him is that the right school that matches his path easily works out for him. Is that still attachment?

    Attraction is the natural alignment that accompanies Authenticity. That is, if your thoughts, words and behaviors are are in integrity with your soul's Joy, then you will be "attractive" and call into your field of experience the people and circumstances that support your Joy. Attachment is a product of desire. Desire is an emotional energy that has its foundation in fear and a belief in separation. At first the distinction between attachment and attraction can seem subtle. However, look for the qualities of Sincerity, Joy and Trust. If they are present, then you are in the energy of attraction. If instead there is an intoxicating preoccupation with a goal, OR a repulsion toward certain people and events, then fear is hiding beneath the surface.

    Life offers us many opportunities to discover where we are attached! Have mercy on yourself! Allow the journey to reveal the distinctions and keep breathing the energy of Trust and choosing Joy. The Mantra of Self-Ascension is a great way to release the ego's grip on the outcome.

  13. What do the colors around and a person signify?

    Dear Sri and Kira, About a year ago my Mum, Marie started ' sending healing' to people. She pictures the person in her mind and is able to see a colour around them, then sends them a colour, and whatever colour they need comes through. I was wondering what the colour around the person signifies, and what the colour going into them signifies? I have also started to do this, however i was wondering about how this pertains to the law of free will. I ask the person's higher self before I do this, but if I get this wrong, will this create bad Karma towards me?Thanks so much for your help! Stephen

    Dear Stephen,
    We recommend that healing energy always be sent with consent. In this fashion there is a healthy boundary and healthy consciousness between the parties. It opens the possibility of what we call “True Relationship”, which is a cycle of Giving, Receiving and Gratitude.

    That said, many people offer prayer and healing energy to others. We do not oppose this. However, who is to say just what sort of circumstances provoke true healing in another person? Often a crisis stimulates a breakthrough! So, please add the intent, that the “highest be served” when sending energy and release any attachment to the outcome.

    Finally, trust yourself and suspend self-judgment – you can bring your hand to your heart and simply state: “I unconditionally forgive and release myself for any actions or energies I may have set in motion in the past. I did the best I knew how given my state of consciousness at the time. I forgive myself now.”

I feel truly blessed & "reconnected" & "at home" in reading your books, getting your newsletters, etc. I am awakening and shifting in so many ways! yay! My focus now is staying anchored in it to live it and breathe it in my every day..just a couple questions.....is the dizziness/lightheadedness I'm feeling the last couple of weeks part of AAEE's or something else?     Dear Patti,
    Yes, most everyone experiences cycles of dizziness or other forms of disorientation these days. Do drive carefully! These AAEE’s are a reminder that your body is attempting to align with your rising virational rate. Also, at times disorientation is a sign that we are efforting to energize belief patterns that are no longer fully congruent.

    Regarding your soul group. It is best if you call forth this information from your inner wisdom. After taking some quiet time, bring your hand to your heart and ask: “What are the qualities of my soul group?” And then begin journaling…just free associate and write with soft focus. You will receive a beautiful communication if you practice this process.

  15. I have tremendous judgment around money issues. Any advice on how to release this?

    Dearest Sri & Kira, To put it bluntly: I have tremendous judgment around money issues. This has not only crippled me from having fun with money or achieving any sort of financial success in the material world, but it subtly poisons the way I view people who appear to be doing heart-based work, like yourselves. I KNOW this judgment is limiting me in hundreds of ways. I WANT to drop it--I sincerely do! Unfortunately, it's something I grew up with, and the mental patterning is as strong as name-recognition to me. (Yes, I'm from the Midwest...where we habitually worshipped a very needy and judgmental God long before I figured out that God is neither needy NOR judgmental. ;-)) Will you PLEASE give me some no-nonsense advice on how to release my negative views (my crippling judgments) towards money/abundance/material success, especially where being of service is concerned? WARNING: This may take Angelic Intervention. I've been studying spiritual matters for a long time and my egoic mind has gotten remarkably clever at sabotaging any belief system which doesn't correspond to scarcity, perpetual lack, and ending my days as a baglady on the streets of LA. (You laugh--even I laugh!--but it's true!!!) Thank you with all my heart, Laura

    Dear Laura,
    Thank you for your honesty! You are aware that your are gripping tightly to an old energy. You already know that money itself is not evil…you already know that abundance is everyone’s birthright…yes? The issue for you is an unwillingness to truly surrender. Your ego really wants to take good care of you and will not allow change to come in as that is a risk.

    We suggest that you start a journaling process. Quiet yourself, bring your hand to your heart and breathe deeply. Then ask: “What am I afraid will happen if I have financial success”? Journal tons of responses to that question…let the pen flow without editing and seemingly silly response. After this feels complete, you may need to do some healing work on the deepest fears. Healing can begin by simply reading the fear and then asking: “Is that true”? If the fear is realistic, then say thank you. If it is not then say: “I now release all the energy I have invested in this fear….I release it know…exhale deeply” (repeat) Then imagine the opposite of the fear – the more positive condition and visualize it brightly. State out loud: “I now accept this vision as my reality”!

    The journal some more! The path of healing can be explored on your own. And, it is easier to engage a healing helper. Perhaps you know someone who can assist you as you claim your own higher truth.     Dear Joseph,
    Thank you for loving the earth enough to free her from your own energetic debris! Yes, we are at the time of embracing Gaia, not leaning into her. Imaging that you are floating just above the earth, treading so very lightly. Center in your 4th chakra and let your heart offer unconditional acceptance and non-reaction to All.

    We show our spiritual maturity by living as self-responsible Beings. May our actions be mindful, that is think sustainability and live an eco-friendly life style. Move into your Star Consciousness and float in space looking back at the earth. Ask, where is extra love needed now? And wait for an area to “light up” and show itself. Upon first glance at the May 4, 2009 circle (Clatford, nr Manton, Wiltshire), I had the intuition that it dealt with an expanded chakra system: http://www.cropcircleconnector.com/2009/clatford/clatford2009.html

    About a month or so later I was guided to start working with the archangelic teachings as brought forth by Kira Raa, beginning with the 2004 teachings and the Divine Galactic Blueprint. When I first saw the artist depiction I immediately was drawn back to the crop circle. I put the images side and it moved me profoundly. Is the crop circle referring to the Ascension? Is there any correlation to the Divine Galactic Blueprint?

    The Divine Galactic Blueprint (or Ascended Chakra System) offers a depiction of the energy points of a Being who has activated their cosmic connection. It radiates an ascended energy and that state of Consciousness will indeed permeate their acts and be represented in their crop circle offerings.

    We feel that the crop circles of recent years all serve the awakening of consciousness. Dormant knowings entering waking consciousness, intuitive flashes and new life choices all result from exposure to the ascended energy.

    Allow yourself to stretch beyond the boundaries of your life patterns and even beyond the curiosity of an active mind! For the mind of density must evolve through it’s way of being, too!

  18. I'm overwhelmed by all the information and practices. What can I do?

    Four month ago I bought first book which you wrote; latter I find out that this book was your last title, so I started backwards. So far I finished reading 4 of your books, and I started to read Archangelic Teachings. O Boy!!!!! It is almost the end of 2009, and they started 4 years ago!!! I am overhelmed with all the informations and practises which I started to write out on the paper; the TIME is running so fast and I "jumpted in the train" so late. How can I start without going crazy, as I already have more than 20 practises a day?????? I wish I could crawl in the cave for few months and just read and read and practise; as I find very hard to do that on top of dayily work, household, husband, kid. I found myself agitaded, not patient with people around me, as I would prefer to be alone, as I feel that I am not learning fast enough, as the " lava" of new informations is coming in every week.

    How wonderful that you are so committed to your conscious evolution! Yes, the Archangelic practices are filled with energy and divine connection. Explore all of them and then do the ones that call to you regularly.

    Your timing is perfect! There is no rush or deadline so to speak. You will reach Ascension Consciousness if you follow the four steps of Self-Ascension and release attachments to the illusion of density.

    Once you have found a path for awakening if you hesitate or decide “maybe later” then that could be tragic. Why? Because many people go back into slumber due to the magnetism of friends, family and fears.

    So take daily action to honor your knowing and keep lifting through density. Do the practices and read all the monthly discourses to help you stay focused.

  19. I saw a being standing in front me of pure crystalline energy. I believe it the angel Michael. Is this possible?

    Thamk You for making me free! I spend two to four hours a day practicing spiritual atonement. I used cd 6 ( lost books of the Essene)as my meditation for a month then I went to cd 10 The first three times I practiced 10 my body hurt inplaces of old damage (enough to take pain medicine), now Iam fine. Two nites ago I listen to cd 11 and saw abeing standing in front me of pure crystaline energy. I belive it the angel Michael. Is this possible.

  21. When I listen to discourses I tend to fall asleep or get really tired. Why does this happen?

    When I listen to each cd from The Lost Books of the Essene book 1 and 2 I tend to fall asleep or get really tired and then wake up blissfully when it is done. Wondering why this happens?

    Celebrate that you are allowing your energy field to lift gently and lovingly. Often when we are exposed to high frequency energies, as in the transmissions from the Lost Books of the Essene, our physical body reacts by wanting to fall asleep. This is simply a kind way for you to experience the information while gently increasing your own vibrational field.

    If you begin drinking more pure water and practice deep breathing, (such as the Avesa breath), you will find that your attention will expand and you will no longer "enjoy" the discourses while sleeping.
