September’s Daily Reflections are lovingly offered by CSACs Larry Wheaton and Kat Johnson, and come from the Living in the Fifth Dimension Series and the Divine Illuminations Series.

The soul is ever-expanding. We, as individu-wills, may consciously or unconsciously inhibit or enhance that expansion.

What is it that you invite into your life? Is it that which feels expansive, or that which contracts and represses? We each have the opportunity to choose in every moment how we wish to Be in the world. This beingness guides our actions and interactions, our perceptions, and the quantity and quality of our thoughts.

How do you choose to Be?

This month we invite you to reflect on Soul Expansion, the myriad of ways it presents itself in daily life, and how to consciously call it in for yourself.

Wednesday, September 01:

When you ask the question “Why am I here?” you must go deep into the truth of the I AM. You must go deep into the heart center.

Thursday, September 02:

The gift of anchorship, the gift of understanding the truth of being a point of anchorship, is that in the clarity, in the understanding of why I am here, you give yourself the opportunity, the absolute gift of recognition, the knowing that you are, indeed a torch!

Friday, September 03:

When you are in the true balance of the energy, when you ARE THE ONE ESSENCE there is nothing to argue, there is nothing to judge, there is nothing to separate you.

There is only essence meeting essence, light reintegrating with light becoming One again.

It is important to recognize you are at the time of the release of the word because you are at the time of the reunification of the Goddess energy back into a third dimensional realm which will help escalate the movement, the shift of energy back into a fifth dimensional world.

September 1 – September 7:

‘Sacred Union’, page 89

1.Be in union
2.Suspend judgment
3.Surrender
4.Unconditional love

These four steps are simple and powerful. They will dissolve the grip of the ego on your experience. To be in union requires that one doesn’t run away or keep secrets. If you are withholding something then your pain is doubled for not only are you holding on to the pain of your inner experience but you are also experiencing the pain of separation from your beloved. To suspend judgment is simply a decision to be present to the process of the moment, to set aside your evaluations. To surrender is to release the need to control. This allows the flow of love to work its way into the situation. The experience of unconditional love is the result of trust. It begins with acceptance and the knowing that all is of God and all is therefore perfect. Anytime you feel pain, that is, something other than peace or joy, it is a reminder to step into the model. Follow the steps. Your liberation awaits!

LIVING IN THE FIFTH DIMENSION SERIES – MESSAGE SIX

ARCHANGELIC METATRONIAN PREPARATION BREATHING EXERCISE:

1. Take your hands and place one on the front of your solar plexus and the other on the back of your head at the occipital spot, (bottom of head just above the neck).
2. Sit up as straight as you can, let your spine be as straight as you can.
3. Begin to really flex your “butt” muscles 3 – 4 times and open up that energy center.
4. The breath is going to go up the spine and out the crown, so you are basically holding straight this portal of clear energy.
5. Breath in deeply drawing the breath up the entire spine and out the crown.
6. When you exhale, do so with sound, and continue to fully exhale as long as you can so that all breath is released.
7. Repeat this entire process several times.
8. Complete by relaxing the hands onto your lap, palms up, and enjoy some deep cleansing breaths.

Divine Illumination Series, Message Six
Discovering the Gossamer Fabric of the Universe

Let us offer to you first the gift of the In breath. You may say, “I am breathing now for I am alive to witness this.” We offer to you, do not breathe in with the throat or the mouth or the nose. Indeed, close the mouth. Indeed, feel the energy and simply quiet the nose.

And perhaps you take one hand, the central finger of whichever hand calls to you, and you bring the central finger of this hand to what you would call the ignited heart center, or high heart. And through this power of presence, you feel the energy beating through this finger into this area and you feel an In breath… an energetic In breath.

You may wish to close your eyes as you do this and feel the entire form of the vessel or body become a gossamer fabric of energy, a dissolution of a physical form of restructured molecules and the In breath of the in-lightenment of divine connection, indeed reconnection, with the gossamer fabric of the Universe.

The Energy of Presence

Presence is not an inactive energy. Presence is an active energy. An active energy.

You must call forth Presence.
You must be Presence.
Live Presence.
Experience Presence.
Delight in Presence.

The purpose of a spiritual practice is to open a portal to your authentic energy…that which is beyond density…when you take the time to fully embrace a weekly practice you assist your energy to anchor greater presence and enjoy greater abundant flow.

August 1 – August 7:

Divine Illuminations, Message Five

When a universal energy of pure crystalline light and love is transmitted directly to thee, what does your emotional body feel? What does your mind do? Pay attention. What does your breath do? Pay attention.

August 8 – August 14:

Divine Illuminations, Message One

Smile, Beloved Ones, and feel the energy that comes into thee, and when you do not smile, notice the energy that comes into thee.

Take a breath with a smile, and then take a breath without a smile and notice the difference. We do not offer this as a means of comparison. We offer it as a means of freedom. For when you free the mind from even wanting to pay attention, you find limitless wisdom pouring through you.

August 15 – August 21:

Divine Illuminations, Message Two

Relax you shoulders. Feel them relax. Feel your shoulders simply relax. Now feel your body relax. Feel your hands relax. Feel your legs relax. Feel your feet relax. Feel supported by your chair, your bed, your bathtub, wherever it is that you are experiencing this in this moment now, feel yourself relax, and as you feel this energy of relax, you understand surrender.

Surrender is not a submission. Surrender is to relax into the recognition that there was nothing to fight for to begin with, that there could never be a winner or a loser. When you can relax into the Divine experience and release the need to win or lose, to gain or have loss, when you can simply release that, then we welcome you home.

List 7 activities that bring you Joy and commit to doing one each day of the week.

Consciously training your response, your reflexes, your habits, to move back into light is a discipline you are learning. There are subtle ways you can remind yourself. Create notes to your soul. Enjoy nature. Place sacred and joy-filled objects in strategic positions in your home and workspace. All of these will assist you so that when your ego is present you can see these things and remember, “ Yes, God exists here.”

Recognizing remaining addictions to pain, fear, lack and chaos allows you to choose detachment from the past and future and prepare you to walk through life’s illusions and dramas without getting hooked into the stories. To fully surrender is not to give up … indeed it is to embrace the beloved presence within thee without hesitation or resistance. This is the relaxation of divine energy that is simply recognized as a form of surrender. When you allow the relaxation to enter your energy stream without hesitation, the fullness of your energy is opened to the expansiveness of the universe. To feel any congestion in the body, mind or spirit, simply is the expression of hesitation.

Breathe into your divine expansiveness often and bring forward the joy-filled recognition that you are ready to relax. This is the true surrender.

July 18 – July 24:

This week’s practice comes from The 12 Lessons of Oneness, Message Nine

What are you giving your power to? If you give your power to paper, then paper will have all great power. If you give your power to your own divine recognized power center, your heart, your understanding, your truth, then you will attract and receive an abundant, extraordinary recognition.

So – if you feel short of breath, which is a wonderful way to pay attention, if you feel tightness in your body then you must ask yourself, “Where in the lineage of my own believe in me, understanding that I am here, have I forgotten my truth?

July 25 – July 31:

The true miracle is the calling forth of your focus without distraction from the illusion.

As a being of infinite expression and expansion, the only force that can deny your miraculous power of manifestation is your lack of focus upon this gift. Stray emotions, discordant energies, judgments… FOCUS upon your recognition. FOCUS upon your miracle intent. FOCUS upon your expression as a being of infinite love in form. You must focus to claim the harmony of your life!

May 31 – June 5:

This week’s practice comes from Lesson 10 of the Embracing an Ascended Life Series

How could you call Divine wholeness to yourself if you are unable to look into the mirror and say “I love you”. And so practice. Practice. And you know we love a saying of this world: “Fake it till you make it!” Yes! You can look into that mirror and fake it till you make it!

June 6 – June 12:

This week’s practice comes from Lesson 4 of the Embracing an Ascended Life Series

If you are to hold out your hands, like this (palms out in front of body, facing up, pinkies side-by-side), and then you place your focus like this (gazes intently into the palms), and for a minimum of 17 what you call seconds, just hold the energy of the Divine essence you call forth, be it rose, frankincense, myrhh, it does not matter, 17 seconds of Divine concentration, feel it growing in this beautiful collection device known as a body, and then feel it literally go through the palms of the hands and melt as you would say into your cells, your tissues, your blood, your body, just let it melt and go through you. Smell it, feel it, know it, you are it.

June 13 – 19:

This week’s practice comes from Lesson 2 of the Lessons from the Galactic Encyclopedia series

We invite you to open up your heart. You take your hand where it is right now, put it flat on your chest (over the heart), there you go. Breathe and take your other hand, put it on stomach (solar plexus), very good….Breathe in the breath, draw it in, for which ever hand is calling to you, draw the breath into one hand and release it through the other. Offer yourself the gift of connecting deeply with the Divine that you are.

June 20 – 26:

This freedom springs from the heart that is present and ignites our lives with the passion of joy-filled living. It is the essence of Self-Ascension and the fuel for fully experiencing Peace, Love and Joy.

To give up all hope of a better past FREES the SOUL to FLY!

May is the moment of presence; The opportunity to let go of all the stories of our live, (AND our past lives!), while appreciating the moments before us.
