Stop engaging in the drama by bringing your hands to your heart. Hand to heart interrupts the process and begins the soul connection.

Acknowledge that you are “swimming in the ego’s river” – Let go of any righteous thinking (or strategies) and simply acknowledge that you are triggered

Feel the emotions. Let yourself connect to the fear, hurt anger that is underpinning the experience. You do not have to swim in these feelings, just connect with them enough to know that they are present. This is your inner child’s experience at the moment and consciously connecting with the feelings is an act of responsibility.

E
Expand beyond the emotional experience. Widen your paradigm to the soul level. As you connect with your soul energy you will realise that you are whole and Divine. Your soul is unconditionally loving. The soul is your authenticity. Connect with your soul energy and have mercy on yourself.

The Merkabah of the Face
(The 12 Lessons of Onenes, Message

Now, if you take your two hands, we show you how to activate this merkabah, if you choose to do so. Take center finger of each hand.

Place a center finger of one hand on the center forehead, all the way near what you would call, “hairline.” Take the center finger of the other hand and put it down right at the base of the neck, kind of in the center. Close your eyes and feel theses two points as the top and bottom of a Divine merkabah. Feel your top finger with a base at your mouth. Feel your bottom finger with a base at your eyes. Feel them spin. And, breathe and Be Present.

Practiced out-of-doors, with a straight spine, either standing, laying, or sitting, with a very straight spine, consciously drawing the breath from the base of the spine up as golden streams of light, while you are doing this practice. You may wish to bring the hands to the heart. The jettison fuel.

Beloved One, add tone. As you add tone and as you add the tone of your soul to this precious gift, you will be able to activate this without the two fingers, you will simply bring it forward. You will feel the activation, and you will call forth clarity, decisions, and your level of awaken-ness. And you will find greater comfort in everything.

You will find that you are comfortable anywhere, at any time, in any situation, with any one, in any way.

Breath Of Life  (Lost Books of the Essene – Message 3)

Begin by bringing your hands to your heart and taking a deep breath.

Let it out with a beautiful sigh – Ahhhhhhh

Bring your right hand up and gaze into the center of your palm
Command the energy of your soul to come forward
Beloved soul, come forward into my hand now
Bring forward all the energy that expresses
All the energy that is me
All the energy is that the Divine in action.

Bring your left hand up and gaze into the center of your palm
Call forth your reflection
I call forth my reflection
Which is everything
All that is

And as you call forth your Divine reflection in the left hand
And you have this beautiful soul energy in the right hand
You feel the energy field ignite between your hands
Simply hold your attention there
It is most beautiful
See a ball of golden light right in the center
Feel it pulsing.

Breathe energy from your heart right into this golden ball of light.
See an infinity symbol [∞] emerge from the golden ball of light.
Continue to breathe energy from your heart into the golden ball of light,
Keep your gaze between your hands
Feel the energy grow,
Then see the infinity symbol begin to grow and grow
See it fill the space between your hands
See it expand beyond your hands
See it fill the room
See it fill the building
See it encompass the city, the state, the country, the world
See the entire the universe embraced within this huge glowing infinity symbol.

Now gently close your eyes
And sip this energy in
As you sip call forth the wish you want to manifest in your life
And then you exhale – Ahhhhh
Pause and feel the energy of that
Do that two more times

Now sip that energy in again
Call forth the wish you want to manifest in your life

Igniting the Lotus Chakras of the Feet 
(Lost Books of the Essene – Message 10)

We wish you to first understand the power of the charkas of the feet. If you were to place your feet firmly on the floor, not crossed, just firmly on the floor and as you allow yourself to place your feet firmly on the floor, if you were with another and you held each other’s feet, this would also ignite the process.

Feel your feet as if they are simply light. Feel them simply dissipate as you have them connected. You say, How can they dissipate if they are connected?

It is because they are connected and supported by a Universal stream of Divine light flow that emanates and begins and holds your feet as if two beautiful lotuses have grown beneath them now. Feel these lotuses beneath your feet and as you do feel them gently spinning. You may ask “What colour are these lotuses” ? We invite you to simply know. For the colour is not important, the energy is. And the colour may change often, and yet the energy is.

Igniting the Tri-A-Saa 
(Lost Books of the Essene – Message 10)

If you were to place your feet firmly on the floor, not crossed, just firmly on the floor and as you allow yourself to place your feet firmly on the floor.

Feel your feet as if they are simply light. Feel them simply dissipate as you have them connected. They are connected and supported by a Universal stream of Divine light flow that emanates and begins and holds your feet as if two beautiful lotuses have grown beneath them now. Feel these lotuses beneath your feet and as you do feel them gently spinning. You may ask “What colour are these lotuses” ? We invite you to simply know. For the colour is not important, the energy is. And the colour may change often, and yet
the energy is.

And as you feel these beautiful lotuses ignite, just with your feet for now, you feel your feet dissolve into these lotuses. And as you do, your feet become the stabilising base of a great pyramid of Divine energy. And you begin breathing this energy up through your feet until it comes to the top of a pyramid at your heart. You may wish to bring even one hand to your heart. Feet are the base. Heart is the top.

The ignition of the stabilisation of the Tri-A-Saa energy is the recognition that from the heart to the feet is the physical creation of form that stands eternal inside a pyramid as a crystalline being of Divine unification able to express on this world, in this way with effortless joy. This is the base of the Tri-A-Saa.

And as your heart centre is the top of this pyramid, we invite you now to leave one hand at your heart and take another hand, stretching out the fingers touching one temple and then the other temple of your head, one temple then the other temple of your head. From your heart, which would be the point to this area of the temples, is another pyramid inverted, point to point, balanced on the top of the foundational pyramid.

Now take that hand that was on your heart, leaving the one hand on your temples and bring it above your head to the centre of your exploded crown. At the temples is the base of the third pyramid of the Tri-A-Saa. Where your hand is now is the top. Bring the hand from your temple to meet this hand up top. Take deep breath and relax the hands out. Tri-A-Saa.

Use the Mantra of Self-Ascension often to ground yourself in the truth of YOUR conscious expansion, that which you are consciously calling into being in your life NOW. It is particularly useful at times when you feel less than clear. Repeat aloud or silently for as long as you feel called to do so. You cannot ‘overdose’ on this one!

Flap and Clap

An Energy Expansion Exercise from the Galactic Yogic Teaching
From 2012: You Have a Choice!, pages 202-3

It is optimal to repeat this process at least twice a day, and anytime you need to shift the energy you are experiencing. There is no limit on how many times a day you can do this process!

• Stand as straight as possible with the feet slightly apart and the arms resting at your side.
• Close your eyes and take in a deep breath. Upon the exhale, open up a golden pyramid at the base of the spine and allow it to release infinity symbols up the spine.
• Send the infinity symbols up into the center of the Exploded Crown Chakra, (approximately 6 inches above the head).
• Keep breathing and visualize your wings behind you. Allow them to fully form. Focus upon the shape, color and size.
• Continue until the wings are well defined.
• Open the eyes and relax the wrists by shaking them a few times.
• Slowly begin to raise the arms with the wrists very relaxed. Bring the arms all the way up to the top of your wings, and allow the hands to initiate the downward motion once you have reached the top.
• Repeat this at least three times.
• When you are half-way down during the third time, bring the hands to the front of the heart center in prayer position. (Hands together, fingers pointed up.)
• Take in a deep breath and upon the exhale, begin clapping.
• Continue clapping, breathing, and yes, even smiling until you feel the energy completion.

The Living Ankh Practice

from 2012: You Have a Choice

This powerful Galactic Yogic practice will assist you to further expand your energy field and fill yourself with great peace and balance! This practice is a powerful opener and cleanser. It will prepare you to for deeper Divine connection. It was first introduced to us by Archangel Metatron. (For the complete trnascript of this practice as presented by Archangel Metatron, please refer to the book, 2012: You Have a Choice!)

This practice is done in two steps. It is important that you first run the energy up your feet and out the top of your head and then out of your hands.

• Begin by standing.
• Visualize a white ray of light coming into your left foot and up the left leg and visualize a golden ray of light coming in your right foot and up the right leg.
• These rays meet at the base of your spine where they intertwine at each of the traditional chakras. The intertwining will give you the visual effect of a figure-eight at each chakra.
• Send this blended energy stream all the way up and out the crown.
• After you have established this energy flow from the feet up, then call in an emerald beam from the universe right into your heart chakra. Extend your arms to each side and send the energy out each arm and then out through each palm chakra.
• See this green energy blend with the golden/white spiral and then ask it to flow out your palms. Extend your hands outward, and call in ever-greater flow as you are able.

We invite you to bring hand to heart, if you so desire, and with your hand on heart, you may wish to close eyes and we are simply counting seventeen. And as we count seventeen, visualize your life where every word said to you, every word said from you, supports love in all of its expressions.

1… 2… 3… 4… 5… 6… 7… 8… 9… 10… 11… 12… 13… 14… 15… 16… 17……….. Es-See-Nah

How were those 17? Yes. And if your mind sought to control the seventeen, then you smile, knowing you can always do it again.

And to end with a breath of Es-See-Nah will reconnect you to the ancient temples of wisdom that exists with you.

December 1-3

Our heart reaches out to you with a beloved gift. Many call this the divine serpent energy. Some know this as the awakening Kundalini energy. Others have known it as dragon energy. Some have described it as lotus energy. Some have experienced this as river or water energy. We offer to you this energy in many forms and many names because it is a fluid energy that is present and when this fluid energy becomes most available in its resting form, it becomes a pyramid, a three-sided pyramid.
And in this fluidity of a three-sided pyramid, we invite you to begin to experience this now in the very base of your spine. In the base of your spine, feel the energy as if it is a river of crystalline light. And feel that energy nourished and fluid without any structure in the base of your spine. .And as you allow yourself to connect with this energy, you begin to see it form a singular ray that becomes a beautiful triangular shape in the base of the spine – in the very base of the spine. And it is not static, for it continues to move and flow.

The Trinity of Origination begins as a fluid energy that rises up into a fluid pyramid or triangle.  The Trinity of Origination. Three…and “0”. Or you may call it “zero”.  When you allow that pyramid or that triangle, that Trinity of Origination, to then have “0” or a circle around it, it is then floating in the pool of the cosmic infinite energy. The “0” is the creation energy, the openness, the original energy. You may wish to close your eyes and feel this watery basis that exists deep within thee as the heart of the chak’raas.  You see it form a watery trinity, this watery triangular pyramidal shape, and then you notice from the same basin, this well of divine cosmic energy, a flowing “0”, a luminescent “0” that is rising up and fully encircling this trinity. The trinity, the three, the divine pyramid encircled by the “0”. And as this energy births from thee, it rises up before thee and becomes larger, yet not solid – luminescent, fluid.  We encourage thee to allow this energy to become large before thee so if you have been these this beautiful cosmic liquid crystalline energy of floating beautiful divine trinity inside the cosmic well, the cosmic ocean.

And allow the hands to ignite, feeling the fingers ignite, you touch the thumb and middle finger, open and close feeling great energy particles pulsing through the fingertips. You then gently reach in to the center of this divine trinity of cosmic origin and you experience, entering in through all the fingertips, comic crystalline liquid light. And as you feel this energy come in through the hands, through the wrists of the arms, through the shoulders, down through the body and up through the body, you begin to notice the hundred and forty-four illuminated points of the chak’raas all around thee, and you are able to effortless step out of this limited form and regain the ascended form. See the illuminated energy of great light that is seeking to come around you now.  Feel and experience the energy of divine illuminated light that is coming in around you. Feel the experience of light, light, light. This crystalline ignition is coming forward because within the two or more, within the temple of the soul is the fullness of the multi-dimensional expression of all aspects. Within the fullness and the expression of all aspects within the connection within the expression of aspects, is the full manifest expression of thy experience now as the two or more gathering. You are two or more gathering. You ARE the gathering. You ARE the ignition. As you become this ignition…as you grow into this expanded field of conscious awareness, many will begin to remember formulas, aspects, essences, smells, aromas…we use the word…extracted understanding. What we mean by this extracted understanding is as you say “I know clearly how to do X, for I know and remember X, and yet brining X into form Y is the challenge I am seeking to solve.” X into form Y will effortlessly resolve as you allow the illuminated energy to come forward and recognize yourself as the divine temple in perfect union now. In the divine temple within perfect now, in the release of the mind that seeks an X and a Y, you will connect again to multi-expressional facets of all infinite wisdom.

Take one joy-filled moment and find a piece of natural area…a grass area…it does not matter…a sand area, a dirt area.  Lay down and place thy ear on the planet. Ask to hear the crystalline grid as it is singing with great light again. You may also simply take off they shoes and bring they feet and stand on the natural area of the earth. Point thy fingers down toward the earth. Feel the energetic rays of communion. Stand and invite a great connection of oneness for the two and the more are gathering.

Your silica structures are igniting again and within thy form, within thy temple, is a great silica structure, a great crystalline based navigating system that indeed once completely arisen again will grace you and bring to you a stunning reunification that cannot be met with a mind that seeks only one without the power of two.

December 1
This beautiful pyramid that is a triangular fluid flowing form is the Trinity of Origination. It is the Trinity of Creation…Origination. It is an energy that births energy. And it is a powerful form as you ignite the Three energy as the Trinity of Divine Creation. It sits within this lower center of the traditional chakra system, yet is not part of the chakras.

December 2
When one gazes at the chakras, they will often not see it.  When it initially reawakens, it is called form and most commonly experienced as Kundalini. Indeed rebirthing, ignition.  We seek to offer thee the explanation, the understanding, and the experience, of the Trinity of Divine Origination far from a world that has anchored specific words around it.

Categorizing energies…categorizing experiences…limits thee. And for the limitation categorizing energy, one often misses energy that has been present the entire time!

There are many cosmic chakras known as the chak’raas. This word chak or chaK2, has been in many ancient languages. In many traditions, it was even the name of the spiritual gods,…Chak. It is the first part of the 144 illuminated centers that are often missed in life experience, the heart for the chak’raas. At the end of the c-h-a-k is what you would call an apostrophe, then r-a-a. Chak’raas The heart of the Chak’raas is the pyramid or the Trinity of Origination and it is not solid. It is a formless energy that rises from the infinite well, the infinite pool, of crystalline light that sits near the base chakra of the body form, yet it is its own energetic center.

When you gaze up at the stars and in many, many linear years past, “oh yes, these points of light from a lion, These points of light form an archer. These points of light form this entity or that entity.” This is because it was the energies of the 144 chak’raas illuminated points of light that we reoffering a means to be connected.  To see thyself as a creature of form, to take literally the mid messages, often misinterpreted through a lens of egoic expression, is to see thyself as much less than the mission that is birthed through the recognition of the Trinity of Origination.

Your average timeline is 30. It is the 3 and the 0. For when you allow the Cosmic Divine Trinity of Origination as fluid liquid crystalline energy to be present for you, and you put next to it the “0”, then you have within you cycles of infinite creation. With each sacred illumination of the Trinity of Origin, you birth greater expansion.

December 7
In this moment of your linear time, you are birthing again. Birth not always comfortable, yet it is all-ways joyful. Birth can be painful and yet it is most satisfying. Birth is natural, and it is indeed ever-present. You do not have one birth. To limit thyself to a physical birth is a great limitation. You, beloved, precious, cosmic being of light have ben birthing every 30 cycles of days from the moment that you had a singular physical birth.

Each day that you declare, “I am ready to begin a cycle,” you begin a cycle!  You are not bound to the calendar cycle of your world.

December 9
You say, “I am ready now.  I illuminate the crystalline liquid light trinity of divine origin.  I dip into the basin, the well of cosmic energy and illuminate the halo, or the “)”, to bring forward with it. I bring that energy large and rich before me. I raise my hands and ignite them, as I dip in to this cosmic well, I am able to call forward that which is ready to be created.”  As you dip into this cosmic well before thee and bring this energy in to the full ignition of the Chak’raas, feel thyself expand now.  Chak’raas…Feel thyself called forward.

The only gift that is needed is the ability to re-ignite through careful and constant and tenacious practice. And to practice with one who is practice.  And them, beloved one, to honor that which you have been gifted by staying the course with it. And yet this too is a great choice.

To ignite the chak’raas is to ignite an expanded state of being. These great gifts can indeed be uncomfortable when first experienced, and yet are truly a birth that has great joy for the one who allows the birth to happen.

It is a divine moment to reignite the Chak’raas. There is an abode that has been revealed to thee where many Masters that call you have congregated now.  And so we seek to offer you this again. This abode is not easily accessed and this is why the ignition of the Chak’raas will ignite greater understanding. The balance in your world, the triple energy, there is so much that is balancing. You are at a moment of great Presence, great illumination, and great expansion, if you so choose.

Freedom is here now in all ways, for indeed there is a sense of freedom to go back to the familiar, to believe that it is new, when indeed it is a repeat of the old. And there is a great freedom in the recognition and the understanding that when the labor pains are gone, the joy-filled birth has occurred, and the soul-ignition has expanded.

We invite thee to come back to the sacred well that we have offered.  To begin discovering this sacred well, to recognize it is not a chakra in the traditional sense and to offer to thyselves, if you choose, the freedom and the expansion of the Chak’raaas ignited through the Trinity of Origination.

It is a power filled moment. It is an ultimate moment. It is a unifying moment, and it is a clarifying moment. Breathe the love that we offer to thee. Feel the heart of us, the Mary’s, what you know as Blue Starborn, and the one you reach out to as Yeshua. We are also joined in our abode now by many Masters, and many visiting Masters.  The more that you connect with us, the more you will feel the ignition of the divine Chaak’raa energy.

We are at a moment…You are at a moment…All is at a moment of the ignition of divine unification, completing a circuit that will finally connect this world with other brethren worlds that are close to your evolutionary system.

The Trinity of Divine Origin has no need to be hidden anymore and we invite you to rediscover that which you may have touched briefly at another point under a different understanding.  Feel the heat that will pulse through you. Feel the clarity that will ignite you.

For the signal of the universal cosmic energy that has come forward now is the divine twin. The divine twin that exists with all and the divine twin that has come forward now to offer to thee a mirror…an opportunity…a recognition.  For indeed in the energy of what you would refer to numerically as a two is the energy of the divine twin and the sacred temple of the soul.

For in your world the sacred temple of the soul has been referred to in many of what you call your great books. Within the great books, there is one phrase that has been repeated in different ways. We offer it to you in this moment, this way.  “When two or more are gathered in our name, thy being is”. “When two or more are gathered in our name, thy being is”.

When two or more are gathered it does not mean the physical forms of being-ness.  For within thy own temple of the soul, within they own divine understanding, is the great two or more.  This is the re-ignition of the energy of the divine twin, the mirror energy that is before thee now that invites thee to recognize that you…and you – the “You” with the capital Y and the “you” with the little y – - are the temple.

How can one hold on to an illusion when there is nothing there to hold on to? It is the ultimate paradox and the challenge of the great experience in form. But when you offer the rest of the picture, a fullness and a garden of divine light come forward, and in the fullness the garden of divine light, a temple is born.

When the two come together in the recognition they are the same one, a temple ignites and in the ignition of the temple, the divine one illuminates through the recognition that the two or more are and have all-ways been YOU.

There is no need to seek another to find thy energy. For the word that you use to invoke divine spirit, you may call it god or another name, is within thee.  And yet there is great confusion that you ARE thee, yet it is WITHIN thee. For each is a divine spark of the cosmic ignition of one energy of divine eternal life.

You are the spark ignition of the divine energy of one eternal life. Thereby you are one aspect of all energy that is. To be within the two…to ignite the temple of the soul…is the storehouse of all divine wisdom, within this temple of the soul that is existent in the world as you call it now, there is a divine call that has come forward and invited thee to call forth this wisdom. For the two or more are gathered. And you are in the name of that which is greater highest self, the presence that ignites your divine flame. The two or more are gathered in the name. The two or more are gathered in the name.

I understand the two, how can there be more? The more is the eternal expanded expression of all that has ever been, all that you are.  For you are more than one. You are more than the two of this soul experience that creates a temple. You are a multi-faceted, multi-dimensional being-ness, and in this multi-faceted, multi-dimensional being-ness, how often have you remembered thyself beyond the world of cosmic form that you are in now?

You are this storehouse of wisdom. If even one aspect of this energy has come forward for you now, then all of it, all of it, is ready to release.  You are in the moment of the full integration of the temple of the soul. The temple of the soul is when the two or more are gathered. To gather the two to more you must acknowledge the two within an accept the more that is with you. The two that is within and the more that is within you.

You are. And you have all-ways been. And in this expression not energy and light, the mirror of the divine twin has been held up before you now. Your eyes may begin to feel brighter.  Your eyes may need to readjust. You may even feel a slight sensation that some would perceive as dryness because the mirror can be very bright. And there was some who will turn away from the mirror and say I choose not to see. This is all in divine order. As each has chosen, so as the temple of the temple of the soul energy has opened up for you to expand and embrace and be part of again, each being has the mirror before them now.  What do you see? What do you see? For all temples are being invited to ignite. When two are more are gathered. When two or more are gathered.

In the ignited energy of the temple of the soul you will find great synchronistic and joy-filled experiences with others who have been ignited in the temple of the soul.  And those who have not will find discomfort in their experience of the two as one. Feeling alone, or two united in divine process.  It is easier to receive when both hands are open. It is easier to serve when both hands are available.  It is easier to give when both hands are free from the burden of feeling the need to carry a one. For you are the two and you are much more.

The divine twin energy within thee and around thee is seeking a great moment of reunification through the energization of the divine spark. This divine spark has received great, great momentum through the illumination and the reactivation of the molecular structure of unification that has birthed great vision on your planet now.

The pulsing beat of light in your world know as the great crystalline energy that is still mostly and largely deep and embedded within your gridded system, with the pulse-beat of Gaia, it filled with light and illuminating again.

17 Seconds

If you are to hold out your hands, like this ( demonstrates palms out in fron of body, facing up, pinkies side-by-side), and then you place your focus like this(gazes intently into palms), and for a minimum of 17 what you call seconds, just hold the energy of the divine essence that you call forth, be it rose, frankincense, myrrh, it does not matter, 17 seconds of divine concentration, feel it growing in this beautiful collection device known as a body, and then feel it literally go through the palms of the hands and melt as you would say into your cells, your tissues, your blood, your body, just let it melt and go through you. Smell it, feel it, know it, you are it.

So each morning, do you have 17 seconds to call forth divine love, divine fragrance? Can you bring your attention and say “I will gift myself with 17 seconds to call forth the frequency of divine love, and I shall emanate the fragrance of divine love in all I am and all I do”, knowing that all day you need nothing else except remember every time you breathe, it is God loving you, it is God kissing you, it is God celebrating you, it is God honoring you with every divine breath.

Perhaps you could offer yourself a gift of It Is, I AM. You see beloved dearest ones, compassion begins with the recognition that YOU ARE, and you have always been, and you will always be, and in the divine recognition of I AM, you make a strong declaration of compassion to the divine source of all love.

Take another deep breath again, Beloved Ones. We shall offer you 17 again because it is important to feel that, and simply say that. Imagine now a world where your love, where every word said from you, every word said to you, every interaction you have is only of the highest service of love, and simply hold that gift as we offer you 17.

Perhaps it is a great gift for you to be able to spend even one moment each day literally counting your blessings. As you spend each day expressing the Allness of each blessing that has come forward for thee, for recognition, for acceptance, for alignment then you will be able to recognize the oneness energy of these many events.

A moment, a daily moment of conscious connection to the energetic blessings that are pouring forward to you in all experience, will connect your Divine DNA into a stream of Universal component, where you will receive a greater conduit of clear stream, of what you would call wisdom, clarity, recognition, and understanding.

Spend even one moment each day literally counting your blessings.

Opening up a portal of Divine Energetic Communication

Recognize that I AM is an active influence of Divine Presence that abides deep within your heart, deep within your soul, as you, with you. It is an energetic upliftment, a communication.

Take this moment. Hear or say “I AM,” and just be, then finish with “Love.” There you go, you see the difference? Instead of, “I AM Love,” you are offering the great communication that opens up a portal of Divine energetic communication, offering to your energy field the upliftment, the energization, the recognition, that the I AM is not a personalized egoic presence, it is the Divine energy flowing through you. A wondrous way to offer yourself this recognition each and every moment is to breath after the I AM. “I AM (breath) Love.” Yes! Do you feel this difference?

Perhaps in your communications when you recognize that YOU ARE as I AM, your communications become Divine conduits of only that which brings forth your upliftment through the recognition, the reconnection, and the acceptance that all is always well.

For when I AM is a Universal recognition verses a personalized conduit, you expand. It becomes a powerful ally in your breath, to have the I AM in your breath. Perhaps on the inhale it is “I,” and on the exhale it is “AM.”

I AM in the breath, and in the I AM in the breath, the communication is continuous, it is powerful, and it is a great way, a gateway, a portal of understanding your eternalness.

Hear or say “I AM,” and just be, then finish with “Love.”

You see the difference?

“I AM (breath) Love.”

Yes! Do you feel this difference?

Perhaps on the inhale it is “I,” and on the exhale it is “AM.”

And so we offer you today MY shield, OUR shield, the shield of Divine violet illuminated energy with the central Blue Jewel of the Heart. Within the physical form of this one we speak through now, we now go to this heart and we rip open for you, and invite you to gaze at this ignited blue jewel. From this blue jewel great violet presence is coming forward to you now. The full illuminated cross of the divine energy of one energy. Freedom and entrapment are one energy. The two brothers reunited. The full presence, light and energy of divine illuminated Love is pouring through to you now.

Rip open your heart and open up the blue jewel. Call forth all energies of a virus that would protect you from you own divinity to be released.
And ask they self, “where have I carried resentment and judgment? Where has my ego become so powerful that it took me from my true committed course, for I AM a great warrior of divine Crystalline Light or I would not BE.”

Feel this gift. Remember beloved one, you are not a victim. You are a conscious co-creator!

Message 8 – “Awakening to Your Own Comfort.”
Activating the Merkabah

Now, if you take your two hands, we show you how to activate this merkabah, if you choose to do so. Take center finger of each hand. Place a center finger of one hand on the center forehead, all the way near what you would call, “hairline.” Take the center finger of the other hand and put it down right at the base of the neck, kind of in the center. Close your eyes and feel theses two points as the top and bottom of a Divine merkabah. Feel your top finger with a base at your mouth. Feel your bottom finger with a base at your eyes. Feel them spin. And, breathe and Be Present.

Practiced out-of-doors, with a straight spine, either standing, laying, or sitting, with a very straight spine, consciously drawing the breath from the base of the spine up as golden streams of light, while you are doing this practice. You may wish to bring the hands to the heart. The jettison fuel.
Beloved One, add tone. As you add tone and as you add the tone of your soul to this precious gift, you will be able to activate this without the two fingers, you will simply bring it forward. You will feel the activation, and you will call forth clarity, decisions, and your level of awaken-ness. And you will find greater comfort in everything.

You will find that you are comfortable anywhere, at any time, in any situation, with any one, in any way.
