Acknowledge that you are “swimming in the ego’s river” – Let go of any righteous thinking (or strategies) and simply acknowledge that you are triggered

Feel the emotions. Let yourself connect to the fear, hurt anger that is underpinning the experience. You do not have to swim in these feelings, just connect with them enough to know that they are present. This is your inner child’s experience at the moment and consciously connecting with the feelings is an act of responsibility.

Expand beyond the emotional experience. Widen your paradigm to the soul level. As you connect with your soul energy you will realise that you are whole and Divine. Your soul is unconditionally loving. The soul is your authenticity. Connect with your soul energy and have mercy on yourself.

The Merkabah of the Face
(The 12 Lessons of Onenes, Message

Now, if you take your two hands, we show you how to activate this merkabah, if you choose to do so. Take center finger of each hand.

Place a center finger of one hand on the center forehead, all the way near what you would call, “hairline.” Take the center finger of the other hand and put it down right at the base of the neck, kind of in the center. Close your eyes and feel theses two points as the top and bottom of a Divine merkabah. Feel your top finger with a base at your mouth. Feel your bottom finger with a base at your eyes. Feel them spin. And, breathe and Be Present.

Practiced out-of-doors, with a straight spine, either standing, laying, or sitting, with a very straight spine, consciously drawing the breath from the base of the spine up as golden streams of light, while you are doing this practice. You may wish to bring the hands to the heart. The jettison fuel.

Beloved One, add tone. As you add tone and as you add the tone of your soul to this precious gift, you will be able to activate this without the two fingers, you will simply bring it forward. You will feel the activation, and you will call forth clarity, decisions, and your level of awaken-ness. And you will find greater comfort in everything.

You will find that you are comfortable anywhere, at any time, in any situation, with any one, in any way.

Breath Of Life  (Lost Books of the Essene – Message 3)

Begin by bringing your hands to your heart and taking a deep breath.

Let it out with a beautiful sigh – Ahhhhhhh

Bring your right hand up and gaze into the center of your palm
Command the energy of your soul to come forward
Beloved soul, come forward into my hand now
Bring forward all the energy that expresses
All the energy that is me
All the energy is that the Divine in action.

Bring your left hand up and gaze into the center of your palm
Call forth your reflection
I call forth my reflection
Which is everything
All that is

And as you call forth your Divine reflection in the left hand
And you have this beautiful soul energy in the right hand
You feel the energy field ignite between your hands
Simply hold your attention there
It is most beautiful
See a ball of golden light right in the center
Feel it pulsing.

Breathe energy from your heart right into this golden ball of light.
See an infinity symbol [∞] emerge from the golden ball of light.
Continue to breathe energy from your heart into the golden ball of light,
Keep your gaze between your hands
Feel the energy grow,
Then see the infinity symbol begin to grow and grow
See it fill the space between your hands

Igniting the Lotus Chakras of the Feet

We wish you to first understand the power of the charkas of the feet. If you were to place your feet firmly on the floor, not crossed, just firmly on the floor and as you allow yourself to place your feet firmly on the floor, if you were with another and you held each other’s feet, this would also ignite the process.

Feel your feet as if they are simply light. Feel them simply dissipate as you have them connected. You say, How can they dissipate if they are connected?

It is because they are connected and supported by a Universal stream of Divine light flow that emanates and begins and holds your feet as if two beautiful lotuses have grown beneath them now. Feel these lotuses beneath your feet and as you do feel them gently spinning. You may ask “What colour are these lotuses” ? We invite you to simply know. For the colour is not important, the energy is. And the colour may change often, and yet the energy is.

Igniting the Tri-A-Saa 
(Lost Books of the Essene – Message 10)

the energy is.

And as you feel these beautiful lotuses ignite, just with your feet for now, you feel your feet dissolve into these lotuses. And as you do, your feet become the stabilising base of a great pyramid of Divine energy. And you begin breathing this energy up through your feet until it comes to the top of a pyramid at your heart. You may wish to bring even one hand to your heart. Feet are the base. Heart is the top.

The ignition of the stabilisation of the Tri-A-Saa energy is the recognition that from the heart to the feet is the physical creation of form that stands eternal inside a pyramid as a crystalline being of Divine unification able to express on this world, in this way with effortless joy. This is the base of the Tri-A-Saa.

And as your heart centre is the top of this pyramid, we invite you now to leave one hand at your heart and take another hand, stretching out the fingers touching one temple and then the other temple of your head, one temple then the other temple of your head. From your heart, which would be the point to this area of the temples, is another pyramid inverted, point to point, balanced on the top of the foundational pyramid.

Now take that hand that was on your heart, leaving the one hand on your temples and bring it above your head to the centre of your exploded crown. At the temples is the base of the third pyramid of the Tri-A-Saa. Where your hand is now is the top. Bring the hand from your temple to meet this hand up top. Take deep breath and relax the hands out. Tri-A-Saa.

Flap and Clap

An Energy Expansion Exercise from the Galactic Yogic Teaching
From 2012: You Have a Choice!, pages 202-3

It is optimal to repeat this process at least twice a day, and anytime you need to shift the energy you are experiencing. There is no limit on how many times a day you can do this process!

• Stand as straight as possible with the feet slightly apart and the arms resting at your side.
• Close your eyes and take in a deep breath. Upon the exhale, open up a golden pyramid at the base of the spine and allow it to release infinity symbols up the spine.
• Send the infinity symbols up into the center of the Exploded Crown Chakra, (approximately 6 inches above the head).
• Keep breathing and visualize your wings behind you. Allow them to fully form. Focus upon the shape, color and size.
• Continue until the wings are well defined.
• Open the eyes and relax the wrists by shaking them a few times.
• Slowly begin to raise the arms with the wrists very relaxed. Bring the arms all the way up to the top of your wings, and allow the hands to initiate the downward motion once you have reached the top.
• Repeat this at least three times.
• When you are half-way down during the third time, bring the hands to the front of the heart center in prayer position. (Hands together, fingers pointed up.)
• Take in a deep breath and upon the exhale, begin clapping.
• Continue clapping, breathing, and yes, even smiling until you feel the energy completion.

The Living Ankh Practice

from 2012: You Have a Choice

This powerful Galactic Yogic practice will assist you to further expand your energy field and fill yourself with great peace and balance! This practice is a powerful opener and cleanser. It will prepare you to for deeper Divine connection. It was first introduced to us by Archangel Metatron. This practice is done in two steps. It is important that you first run the energy up your feet and out the top of your head and then out of your hands.

• Begin by standing.
• Visualize a white ray of light coming into your left foot and up the left leg and visualize a golden ray of light coming in your right foot and up the right leg.
• These rays meet at the base of your spine where they intertwine at each of the traditional chakras. The intertwining will give you the visual effect of a figure-eight at each chakra.
• Send this blended energy stream all the way up and out the crown.
• After you have established this energy flow from the feet up, then call in an emerald beam from the universe right into your heart chakra. Extend your arms to each side and send the energy out each arm and then out through each palm chakra.
• See this green energy blend with the golden/white spiral and then ask it to flow out your palms. Extend your hands outward, and call in ever-greater flow as you are able.

December 1-3

Our heart reaches out to you with a beloved gift. Many call this the divine serpent energy. Some know this as the awakening Kundalini energy. Others have known it as dragon energy. Some have described it as lotus energy. Some have experienced this as river or water energy. We offer to you this energy in many forms and many names because it is a fluid energy that is present and when this fluid energy becomes most available in its resting form, it becomes a pyramid, a three-sided pyramid.
And in this fluidity of a three-sided pyramid, we invite you to begin to experience this now in the very base of your spine. In the base of your spine, feel the energy as if it is a river of crystalline light. And feel that energy nourished and fluid without any structure in the base of your spine. .And as you allow yourself to connect with this energy, you begin to see it form a singular ray that becomes a beautiful triangular shape in the base of the spine – in the very base of the spine. And it is not static, for it continues to move and flow.

The Trinity of Origination begins as a fluid energy that rises up into a fluid pyramid or triangle.  The Trinity of Origination. Three…and “0”. Or you may call it “zero”.  When you allow that pyramid or that triangle, that Trinity of Origination, to then have “0” or a circle around it, it is then floating in the pool of the cosmic infinite energy. The “0” is the creation energy, the openness, the original energy. You may wish to close your eyes and feel this watery basis that exists deep within thee as the heart of the chak’raas.  You see it form a watery trinity, this watery triangular pyramidal shape, and then you notice from the same basin, this well of divine cosmic energy, a flowing “0”, a luminescent “0” that is rising up and fully encircling this trinity. The trinity, the three, the divine pyramid encircled by the “0”. And as this energy births from thee, it rises up before thee and becomes larger, yet not solid – luminescent, fluid.  We encourage thee to allow this energy to become large before thee so if you have been these this beautiful cosmic liquid crystalline energy of floating beautiful divine trinity inside the cosmic well, the cosmic ocean.

And allow the hands to ignite, feeling the fingers ignite, you touch the thumb and middle finger, open and close feeling great energy particles pulsing through the fingertips. You then gently reach in to the center of this divine trinity of cosmic origin and you experience, entering in through all the fingertips, comic crystalline liquid light. And as you feel this energy come in through the hands, through the wrists of the arms, through the shoulders, down through the body and up through the body, you begin to notice the hundred and forty-four illuminated points of the chak’raas all around thee, and you are able to effortless step out of this limited form and regain the ascended form. Practice the gift of the sacred trinity of three and the “0” in cycles of what you call 30 days.

See the illuminated energy of great light that is seeking to come around you now.  Feel and experience the energy of divine illuminated light that is coming in around you. Feel the experience of light, light, light. This crystalline ignition is coming forward because within the two or more, within the temple of the soul is the fullness of the multi-dimensional expression of all aspects. Within the fullness and the expression of all aspects within the connection within the expression of aspects, is the full manifest expression of thy experience now as the two or more gathering. You are two or more gathering. You ARE the gathering. You ARE the ignition. As you become this ignition…as you grow into this expanded field of conscious awareness, many will begin to remember formulas, aspects, essences, smells, aromas…we use the word…extracted understanding. What we mean by this extracted understanding is as you say “I know clearly how to do X, for I know and remember X, and yet brining X into form Y is the challenge I am seeking to solve.” X into form Y will effortlessly resolve as you allow the illuminated energy to come forward and recognize yourself as the divine temple in perfect union now. In the divine temple within perfect now, in the release of the mind that seeks an X and a Y, you will connect again to multi-expressional facets of all infinite wisdom.

Take one joy-filled moment and find a piece of natural area…a grass area…it does not matter…a sand area, a dirt area.  Lay down and place thy ear on the planet. Ask to hear the crystalline grid as it is singing with great light again. You may also simply take off they shoes and bring they feet and stand on the natural area of the earth. Point thy fingers down toward the earth. Feel the energetic rays of communion. Stand and invite a great connection of oneness for the two and the more are gathering.

Your silica structures are igniting again and within thy form, within thy temple, is a great silica structure, a great crystalline based navigating system that indeed once completely arisen again will grace you and bring to you a stunning reunification that cannot be met with a mind that seeks only one without the power of two.

17 Seconds

If you are to hold out your hands, like this ( demonstrates palms out in fron of body, facing up, pinkies side-by-side), and then you place your focus like this(gazes intently into palms), and for a minimum of 17 what you call seconds, just hold the energy of the divine essence that you call forth, be it rose, frankincense, myrrh, it does not matter, 17 seconds of divine concentration, feel it growing in this beautiful collection device known as a body, and then feel it literally go through the palms of the hands and melt as you would say into your cells, your tissues, your blood, your body, just let it melt and go through you. Smell it, feel it, know it, you are it.

So each morning, do you have 17 seconds to call forth divine love, divine fragrance? Can you bring your attention and say “I will gift myself with 17 seconds to call forth the frequency of divine love, and I shall emanate the fragrance of divine love in all I am and all I do”, knowing that all day you need nothing else except remember every time you breathe, it is God loving you, it is God kissing you, it is God celebrating you, it is God honoring you with every divine breath.

I AM

Perhaps you could offer yourself a gift of It Is, I AM. You see beloved dearest ones, compassion begins with the recognition that YOU ARE, and you have always been, and you will always be, and in the divine recognition of I AM, you make a strong declaration of compassion to the divine source of all love.

17 Again

Take another deep breath again, Beloved Ones. We shall offer you 17 again because it is important to feel that, and simply say that. Imagine now a world where your love, where every word said from you, every word said to you, every interaction you have is only of the highest service of love, and simply hold that gift as we offer you 17.

Perhaps it is a great gift for you to be able to spend even one moment each day literally counting your blessings. As you spend each day expressing the Allness of each blessing that has come forward for thee, for recognition, for acceptance, for alignment then you will be able to recognize the oneness energy of these many events.

A moment, a daily moment of conscious connection to the energetic blessings that are pouring forward to you in all experience, will connect your Divine DNA into a stream of Universal component, where you will receive a greater conduit of clear stream, of what you would call wisdom, clarity, recognition, and understanding.

Opening up a portal of Divine Energetic Communication

Recognize that I AM is an active influence of Divine Presence that abides deep within your heart, deep within your soul, as you, with you. It is an energetic upliftment, a communication.

Take this moment. Hear or say “I AM,” and just be, then finish with “Love.” There you go, you see the difference? Instead of, “I AM Love,” you are offering the great communication that opens up a portal of Divine energetic communication, offering to your energy field the upliftment, the energization, the recognition, that the I AM is not a personalized egoic presence, it is the Divine energy flowing through you. A wondrous way to offer yourself this recognition each and every moment is to breath after the I AM. “I AM (breath) Love.” Yes! Do you feel this difference?

Perhaps in your communications when you recognize that YOU ARE as I AM, your communications become Divine conduits of only that which brings forth your upliftment through the recognition, the reconnection, and the acceptance that all is always well.

For when I AM is a Universal recognition verses a personalized conduit, you expand. It becomes a powerful ally in your breath, to have the I AM in your breath. Perhaps on the inhale it is “I,” and on the exhale it is “AM.”

I AM in the breath, and in the I AM in the breath, the communication is continuous, it is powerful, and it is a great way, a gateway, a portal of understanding your eternalness.

Hear or say “I AM,” and just be, then finish with “Love.”

Rip open your heart and open up the blue jewel. Call forth all energies of a virus that would protect you from you own divinity to be released.
And ask they self, “where have I carried resentment and judgment? Where has my ego become so powerful that it took me from my true committed course, for I AM a great warrior of divine Crystalline Light or I would not BE.”

Week of September 1-4

Claiming your passionate power

As you feel into this area(the solar plexus), perhaps you close your eyes if you like, what color do you see? Let go of color as you’ve been told it should be, and as you touch into the space of your own solar plexus, what color do you feel? What color do you experience? What color do you see? Now take a deep breath and bring your hands to your heart.

Bring your hands to your forehead. As you bring your hands to your forehead, how breathe up that which you have experienced in the passionate crucible of the solar plexus through a stabilized heart center, into an opening. Feel the wind move through your head. Feel the gift of Din In-lightenment as “Lightenment”. Feel this energy buoyantly lifting. There is no chair, there is not body, there is no room? there is the Divine center of the universal recognition of all that has ever been, pulsing through you, as you and with you. Now take a deep breath and relax. Yes!

Week of September 5-11

Universal abundance is limitless, as are you. In the Universal limitless of all abundance, be clear, be a magnet, pay attention. Be passionate in your ascension!

Bring into the fiery crucible of your solar plexus all the pain, all the hurt, all the confusion and say be gone. Transmute. Bring it in. As you hold the energy there and allow this transmutation, you lift up into the heart, you breathe up into the center of the forehead, and activate the pituitary and you say “Hello. Hello. I AM a Divine being of great light. Beloved Earth, feel me with each footstep. I have arrived! Whew, long journey, glad I am here now.”

Week of September 12-18

It is important to know that as the great energy of magnetism comes forward, oftentimes one will feel blocked because of a need to balance the poles so to speak.

Take your feet, and take a little pot, and put in sea salt, dry first. Then you put your feet on the salt, and really rub them on it. You may say ouchie, but really rub them on it. Then keeping the feet in there, pour in the water, you take the hands and you put the hands in front of the face, and you breathe into the hands with sincere focus and you release into the hands al that which is like little alls of tar in the energy field. Then you take the hands and you bend down and you put them in the sea water with the feel, and you breathe again and again and again. You will be most delighted.

Zadkiel’s response to questions around specific physical issues

Take your fingertips, feel energy grazing into your fingertips now, and hold them and feel your fingertips getting very, very hot, tingly, radiating. Now, for each and all of you, where right now do you wish to receive this infusion of Light? Bring your fingertips to wherever you are called. Maybe it is your heart, maybe it is your stomach, maybe it is your head. It does not matter, this can be emotional, this can be physical, but in this radiance right now, where do you claim this? Maybe you just wish to call in the energy, it is good. Your fingertips are alive with energy and light and love.

Stop thinking-start feeling. We offer this to you because we invite your selves to stop thinking and start feeling. You must then pay attention and observe.

-where are you feeling, from the emotional body or the spiritual body? FEEL IT.
-what is feeling?
-how does your soul feel today?
-how is your heart today?
-how is your energy today?
-how are your judgments today?
-how is your Divine, extraordinary beautiful body today, as it houses your glorious Soul today?

There, Beloved Ones, in that moment, is the wholeness, the recognition of all Divine Union, the presence of all that is and has ever been, manifest through you, as you.

Infinite Energy of Creation

Make the sign of infinite creation ["0"] with your hands.

This is not a zero, it is literally the power harnessed of all energy.

Carry forth and birth within you the violet energy of the flame of divine creation.

Hold the hands greatly up, keep the spine straight, focus deeply and feel this energy pulsing through you as if it is a cosmic beam of divine protection.

Hold your co-creative energies and feel them birth through this container and expand out into a world that is ready to mirror this back to you a thousand- fold and beyond.

Freedom Energy Practice

With a deep, conscious breath, take your fingers and hold them to your heart.

Imagine that these fingers, as they touch, are radiant beings of crystalline Light which have great capacity to withdraw all that no longer serves you.

Breathe in and then you simply lift it away. Feel this energy being transmuted and transformed into Light.

To the heart again, breathing in again…..and releasing again.

Repeat this practice as many times as you feel guided to.

Week of August 15-21
Releasing Interference Energy

Many beings of interference energy have attached to many primaries, have attached to many. They have attached through a cellular invitation into the cognitive areas of the brain. Specifically in the area of the brain stem and in the areas that control the egoic presence.

To ignite the One and the One – to gaze through and ignite the infinite molecule, the building block that was brought to your beloved Gaia at the time of the origin of the seeding of this world, that you are re-entering into complete remembrance of now.

Hold your hands in front, fingers facing skyward, palm facing palm, bending fingers to touch completing the perfect 0 of infinite creation molecule.

Bring it to the third eye and you begin and you wash around the head, around the shoulders and you will find great cleansing. For some, you may find great tears as you do this for you will feel yourself being lifted from a veil.

Reverent Reunion Activation

Bring hands together in front of the heart center and simply connect.

With a deep AVE-SA breath (on the inhale, silently breathe in AVE, and then exhale SA with sound), recognize that when your two hands come together, you pray in a manner that seeks reverent reunion. In reverent reunion there is joy, there is harmony, there is recognition and there is the divine love of the universe that is forever offering you its gifts when you stop seeking and begin receiving.

Week of August 29-31
Merkabah of the Face

Your own Divine Merkabah is staring at you each time you gaze at a mirror – a top point here (hand at top-middle point on forehead at the hairline), a bottom point here (hand on the thymus/ throat), a linear point here (hand at brow-line), a linear point here (hand on mouth).

To keep this balance point working is indeed most profoundly important at this moment in what you call your history.

The Merkabah must spin and yet it must spin in the Indvidu-will and the divine sacred geometric form that is yours to be. To spin the Merkabah, you must use the middle finger of each hand. Place the middle finger of the right hand at top-middle point on forehead at the hairline and place the middle finger of the left hand on the thymus (the indentation at the bottom of your throat).

Simultaneously, pull the right hand to the right as you pull the left hand to the left.

July 1- July 8

Living in the 5th Dimension: Message 6
Archangelic Metatronian Preparation Breathing practice to clear debris energy.

1. Take your hands and place one on the front of your solar plexus and the other on the back of your head at the occipital spot. (bottom of head just above the neck).

2. Sit up as straight as you can, let your spine be as straight as you can.

3. Begin to really flex your ‘butt’ muscles 3-4 times and open up that energy center.

4. The breath is going to go up the spine and out the crown, so you are basically holding straight this portal of clear energy.

5. Breathe in deeply drawing the breath up the entire spine and out the crown.

6. When you exhale, do so with sound, and continue to fully exhale as long as you can so that all breath is released.

7. Repeat the entire process several times.

8. Complete by relaxing the hands onto your lap, palms up and by enjoying some deep cleansing breaths.

Miracle Manifestation Technique

….when dear children the events that horrify many occur, you can look at your hands and say: “Holy shmoly, there are miracles in these hands”. Then rub your hands together calling in all the energy of the universe, all the energy of God, all the energy of the world and you say, “Yes, there are miracles in these hands.”

When you are done you send it out by releasing your hands outward and say: “Dearest God heal which must be healed; release that which must be released.”

Know this is all you can do and that this will work, this will work! Do it often. Breathing deeply and completely while you do this is good.

July 24 -31

Activating the Merkabah of the Face
Message 8, The 12 Lessons of Oneness

Now, if you take your two hands, Take center finger of each hand. Place the center finger of one hand on the center forehead, all the way near what you would call “hairline”. Very good. Take the center finger of the other hand, and put it down right at the base of the neck. Kind of in the center. Close your eyes and feel these two points as the top and bottom of a Divine Merkabah. Feel your top finger with a base at your mouth. Feel your bottom finger with a base at your eyes. And if you are comfortable, feel them spin. And, BREATHE and Be Present.

This practice may seem simple, Beloved Ones. Practice out-of -doors, standing, laying, or sitting with a very straight spine, consciously drawing the breath from the base of the spine up as golden streams of light. Take a deep breath and relax. You may wish to bring your hands to your heart.

This is a beautiful practice. Add tone. As you add tone, as you add the tone of your soul to this precious gift, you will be able to activate this without fingers. You will feel the activation, and you will call forth clarity, decisions, and your level of awaken-ness. And you will find greater comfort in everything.

The Divine Illuminations Series, Lesson 11
“Igniting Your Crystalline Clarity”

When you gaze into the palms of your hands, and we encourage you to bring your hands up in front of your eyes now, to bring the hands in front of the eyes, and gaze, as you can, into the centers of the hands. So often we have brought you here, ( to the center of the palms of your hands), because in the centers of the hands are divine portals of crystalline clear light.

This is why in your world the terminology or the understanding or the recognition of healing hands, hands of light, hands of healing has become so widespread and popular and recognized.

And while it is gaining momentum now, to conjoin the breath of the body, the breath of the physical body, which oxygenates and increases the crystalline cellular structures of all of the body – deep breath – and to direct this breath through the arms into the centers of the hands.

And as you have the hands up in front of you, to feel that breath come straight out of the center of the hands and straight back into you forming a circular glow of crystalline clear resistance removal, crystalline clear resistance removal.

June 5 – June 11

Do you feel congested? Do you feel confused? Do you feel worried? Do you feel these anchor pockets of resistance energy that have come in through thee? Then ignite, Ignite. Ignite.

Bring your hands up before thyself. Feel the breath of the body. Wave it through the arms, out through the center of the palms back into the body and feel thyself washing out all energies.

And then take the hands, after you have created this flow several times, and start at the top of the head, the very top of the head, and feel yourself washing the entire body as if a crystalline waterfall of energy comes through thee.
You may feel shaking, you may feel quaking, you may get chills, you may feel hot, you may feel cold. You may all of the sudden find and /or discover that the physical brain is trying to chitter-chatter. It is okay.

Watch the energy field remove the resistance, and with it, the willingness of the resistance finds no more anchor points within thee, and only the crystalline light energy can meet your willingness.

The Blue Portal Energy Ignition

Step into the blue portal.
Step into the blue energy.

To begin the ignition of the blue portal, it is best to lay down. you can sit if you choose, but it is best to lay down. And if you need assistance, then perhaps, as is on your Internet, (over Norway in 2010) return to the physical-verified visionary portal that was gifted to your planet, yet denied by so many, and gaze into the divine center where the blue ray appears and gift yourself simply for that moment of connected understanding, transporting beyond, beyond this single dimension.

So you are breathing comfortably

You are laying down, or you are sitting comfortably, and as you do, and as your are, close your eyes, and take the central finger of either hand and tap the center of the chest.

Then relax your hand.

As you relax your hand, begin to experience yourself as a spiral energy field comes around thee. Imagine the color of the blue. It is individual blue for each one, for some lighter, for some darker, but call forth this energy of blue.

Feel this energy spiraling around thee as you feel the molecular structure of your body enlighten…enlighten… connect with the spiral energy of the blue and enlighten the energy of the body.

The Timelessness Attunement

So we wish to offer to you this gift today, and we invite you to simply relax. If you are able to lay down, lay down, and if you are not able to lay down, then deeply relax in your chair or your couch or wherever you may be. And as you relax deeply, begin by visualizing before thee now what you would call a clock.

You begin by seeing the clock, and it is whatever beautiful clock you wish to put before you. It does not matter the design. Just put the clock before you. And as you visualize the clock before you, notice that the number at the top is simply fading away.

There is no more 12. It’s just fading. No need to know where. Just fading. Gazing at the 1, you notice it has already faded.
The 2…the 3… the 4… the 4…6…7…8…9…10…11

See the portal that has created before you now where the clock has been. Feel the light that is emanating from this portal streaming towards you, and the light that you are streaming toward it… it is one beam of light. You may feel a heavy energy as if you cannot move. You may feel ignited. Just be. Breathe again.

Activating the Breath of the Universe

An perhaps you take one hand, the central finer of whichever hand calls to you, and you bring the central finger of this hand to what you would call the ignited heart center, or high heart. And through this power of presence, you feel this energy beating through this finer into this area and you feel an In breath …an energetic In breath.

You may wish to close the eyes as you do this and feel the entire form of the vessel or the body become a gossamer fabric of energy, a dissolution of a physical form of structured molecules and the In breath of the in-lightenment of divine connection, indeed reconnection, with the gossamer fabric of the universe.

And whichever hand that you have, (on your heart), as you gently move that hand, bring the other hand now and replace it where the other hand was. And the hand that was on the heart leave as if it si uplifted, pointing the palm toward what you would call heaven.

Breathing in again through this middle finer, this energy of divine recognition, you feel the In breath through the finger and the Out breath through the hand that is upraised. The In breath thought the finger, and the Out breath through the hand that is upraised.

And with each In breath, you feel yourself in-lightened—in-lightened – and with each out breather through the hand you feel the power of co-creative re-ignition…co-creative re-ignition.

May 1 – May 7

Reach out and as you reach out, reach out your arms with great precence. Reach out your fingers and as you reach out your fingers and as you reach out with your fingers, receive as you give universal light throughout all of creation. Step into yourself rather than stepping in to a hologram of yourself. And as you open your arms to the universal love that is around you now, you find that you are immediately in connection with all of you. Of You.. Of You….

May 8 – May 14

“I will gift myself with 17 seconds to call forth the frequency of divine love, and I shall emanate the fragrance of of divine love in all that I am and all that I do.”

May 15 – May 21

Flap and Clap: Stand as straight as possible with the feet slightly apart and arms resting at your side. Close your eyes and take in a deep breath. As you exhale, open a golden pyramid at the base of the spine and allow it to release infinity symbols up the spine. Send the infinity symbols up into the the center of the exploded Crown Chakra. Keep breathing and visualize your wings behind you. Continue until the wings are well defined. Open the eyes and relax the wrists by shaking them a few times. Slowly begin to raise the arms with the wrists very relaxed. Bring the arms all the way up to the top of your wings, and allow the hands to initiate the downward motion once you have reached the top. Repeat three times. When you are half-way down during the third time, bring the hands to the front of the heart center in prayer position. Take in a deep breath and upon the exhale, begin clapping. Continue clapping, breathing and smiling until you feel the energy completion.

May 22 – May 31

The Star Practice: With your eyes open and yours hands in prayer position, relax and focus your gaze on the 3rd eye of your partner. Your hands are in front of your heart chakra with your thumbs touching the center of your chest, and your fingers pointed outward. As you feel into your star, allow yourself to send the brilliant loving energy into the other person. As you are radiating this brilliant energy allow the words “ I love you, I know you, I honor your divinity,” to float on your thoughts.
