These four steps are simple and powerful. They will dissolve the grip of the ego on your experience. To be in union requires that one doesn’t run away or keep secrets. If you are withholding something then your pain is doubled for not only are you holding on to the pain of your inner experience but you are also experiencing the pain of separation from your beloved. To suspend judgment is simply a decision to be present to the process of the moment, to set aside your evaluations. To surrender is to release the need to control. This allows the flow of love to work its way into the situation. The experience of unconditional love is the result of trust. It begins with acceptance and the knowing that all is of God and all is therefore perfect. Anytime you feel pain, that is, something other than peace or joy, it is a reminder to step into the model. Follow the steps. Your liberation awaits!

ARCHANGELIC METATRONIAN PREPARATION BREATHING EXERCISE:

1. Take your hands and place one on the front of your solar plexus and the other on the back of your head at the occipital spot, (bottom of head just above the neck).
2. Sit up as straight as you can, let your spine be as straight as you can.
3. Begin to really flex your “butt” muscles 3 – 4 times and open up that energy center.
4. The breath is going to go up the spine and out the crown, so you are basically holding straight this portal of clear energy.
5. Breath in deeply drawing the breath up the entire spine and out the crown.
6. When you exhale, do so with sound, and continue to fully exhale as long as you can so that all breath is released.
7. Repeat this entire process several times.
8. Complete by relaxing the hands onto your lap, palms up, and enjoy some deep cleansing breaths.

Discovering the Gossamer Fabric of the Universe

Let us offer to you first the gift of the In breath. You may say, “I am breathing now for I am alive to witness this.” We offer to you, do not breathe in with the throat or the mouth or the nose. Indeed, close the mouth. Indeed, feel the energy and simply quiet the nose.

And perhaps you take one hand, the central finger of whichever hand calls to you, and you bring the central finger of this hand to what you would call the ignited heart center, or high heart. And through this power of presence, you feel the energy beating through this finger into this area and you feel an In breath… an energetic In breath.

You may wish to close your eyes as you do this and feel the entire form of the vessel or body become a gossamer fabric of energy, a dissolution of a physical form of restructured molecules and the In breath of the in-lightenment of divine connection, indeed reconnection, with the gossamer fabric of the Universe.

If you have grown up in the United States, or if you have witnessed the actions of the United States from another country, the word freedom is a consistent and powerful common thread in your experience.  After all, it is the defining term of the United States.

We are taught that we must die for freedom.  We are taught to be grateful for our freedom, and we are taught that freedom is the ultimate gift for any human to receive on the planet earth.

From the limited perspective of a one country “world” these teachings hold a limited paradigm of the greater sense of freedom.  Yet, buried deep beneath the messages that may have had their heyday of limitation, we can scroll through all history and discover the greater, broader invitation to experience the fullness of freedom.

You may have already connected with our article on Polarity and Consciousness, as we discuss the events at the Lincoln Memorial held on August 28, 2010.  And if you have connected with this article, then you are aware that we feel strongly that the greater gift at the Lincoln Memorial is found engraved, larger than life on the wall that is to Lincoln’s right as you look at him.

It is the speech that he delivered as he took office for the second time.  It was a speech given to a country that was in extreme pain and fear.  It IS a speech that we re-discovered on our recent journey to Washington DC that holds as true today as it did the day it was delivered.  Here is the last paragraph from that very short speech, see how this feels for you!  (We also strongly encourage you to read the entire speech from an ascended and awake perspective, and have posted it for your convenience, just click here.

“With malice toward none; with charity for all; with firmness in the right, as God gives us to see the right, let us strive on to finish the work we are in; to bind up the nation’s wounds; to care for him who shall have borne the battle, and for his widow, and his orphan–to do all which may achieve and cherish a just and lasting peace, among ourselves, and with all nations.”

As we soar toward 2012 and watch as many of the freedoms that we have taken for granted are shifting and disappearing, these words become ever more important.  Perhaps it is time to bind up the nation’s wounds!  It is certainly time to take care of all who have borne the battle, and our beloved Gaia is crying for us to achieve and cherish lasing peace with all nations!  Beautiful words that invoke the strong realization that it is our moment to redefine ourselves, our lives and our understanding of freedom.

It is easy to stay asleep!
It is easy to ignore the bigger picture!
It is easy to stay in an old paradigm!

We are taught that we must die for freedom. 

What does this mean once we awaken to the greater gift of a universal harmony with all beings?  Perhaps it is the recognition that a way of being which supports limitation of all types must end for us to re-discover our fullness.  Is it possible that we have simply misinterpreted what dying for freedom means, or how to achieve it?

We have the co-creative power to fully embrace the full force of our soul freedom at any moment. 

If we are to die for freedom, than let us die from our destructive nature and fill our souls with the living force of the Divine light of love and indeed LIVE our freedom.

We are taught to be grateful for our freedom.

Gratitude is indeed a wondrous energy that fills our lives and enriches our souls.  Every day lived in the energy of sincere gratitude brings forth greater miracles, greater love and greater joy.  For an awakened being, gratitude is as natural as breathing.  It fills your life, and in all-ways enriches the lives of those who are blessed to be with you.

Gratitude is not obligatory and gratitude is not judged.  It is the resurrection of consciousness when gratitude enters our lives.  The great a-ha moment that comes forth and resonates with our life experience.

Yes! It is a beautiful gift to recognize that YOU ARE FREE!  To fully enjoy the bountiful expression of your soul in form without doubt is a great sense of freedom that is the natural expansion from gratitude.

AND, the powerful recognition that freedom has nothing to do with what country you were born in, what country you live in, what color your skin is, or what spiritual beliefs or political affiliations you hold.  Freedom cannot ever be granted to you!

You were born free, and the moment you fully reclaim this gift, your life expands with bounty exponentially.

We are taught that freedom is the ultimate gift for any human to receive on the planet earth.

This is certainly a true statement.  When applied toward a consciousness that has awakened it becomes even more relevant.  For the recognition of self, in the fullness of soul freedom is absolutely the ultimate gift for any sentient being to re-discover.

We then break free of the limiting paradigms and allow ourselves to see, sense, feel and experience the fullness of an ignited soul in the beauty of the earth experience.

On August 28, 2010 we were honored to bring to the world the Divine Illuminations Lesson 10 which literally re-defines healing and re-defines the energy of protection.  This was a freeing moment and particularly powerful that is was delivered on the same day as the 47^th anniversary of the Martin Luther King, I have a dream speech.

This was a particularly powerful anniversary of this speech, unlike any other, in that for the first time, a “new” energy took center stage at the Lincoln Memorial and invited thousands to believe one way and to follow a specific path.

This was a defining moment and one that offers all to fully gaze at their own centeredness and awakened beingness.  For as we take the important moment to honor our birthright, which is the freedom to simply BE, we begin to recognize the collective freedom that is available for all.  And, we become ever more aware that the words of others are not our barometer.  Our heart is and will all-ways be the ultimate barometer.

In our book, 2013: Mayan Sunrise, we unveil the structures that have been empowered by the collective paradigms for many thousands of years.  We specifically discuss the energy of freedom.  This specific chapter focuses on how we have arrived at the moment before us, the energies that are playing out on our planet, and unveil a greater understanding to assist as many who choose to fully awaken from the collective illusion.  Here is an excerpt:

“The word freedom is so easily thrown about in our world experience.  We seek to be free from constraints that are perceived to interfere with our freewill.  Constraints are as basic as the feeling of being trapped in school as a young child, to the frustrated worker who feels shackled to their job.  Each experience offers a limited sense of freedom that can become accepted as normal.

We have collectively created a limiting belief system around the experience of freedom.  Most people do not want the responsibility that cones with freedom. Thus, structures and institutions have been generated with the intent to support society, yet they perpetuate control of the many. The secret agendas of these structures is buried beneath the veneer of freedom messages.  While the institutions claim to be serving the individual, in fact they disempower the individual. This causes conflict at the core of our existence. 

Until you are able to fully let go of the paradigms that hold you captive you will not ever be free.

A free people are an empowered people that will not easily be herded, deluded, or unreasonably taxed.  True freedom will dismantle centralized power structures.

As you contemplate this, also recognize that true freedom is ultimately the greatest weapon to protect oneself from any system that seeks to control you.  It is the fear of your freedom that has given rise to the modern day pontificators.

On August 28, 2010 a newly knighted modern day pontificator gathered a crowd and encouraged them to understand one paradigm of freedom.  We are not offering any judgment as to the content of the pontificator.  What we are inviting is for you to break free of a limiting paradigm.  To claim the divine truth of ignited light that you are.  To perhaps call forth the greater sense of freedom that is waiting for you to re-energize.

2010 is a powerful year and with it comes many powerful messages for all humanity. When you choose to be awake, when you choose to look beyond the illusion, then you have chosen the moment to fully pay attention to your own heart and ask:

Am I FREE to BE?

Leading into the Archangelic In-Soulment on August 28, 2010, Kira Raa read the text of Abraham Lincoln’s Second Inaugural Address. This powerful message is as timely now as it was when it was delivered in Washington DC on March 4, 1865.

This theologically intense speech has been widely acknowledged as one of the most remarkable documents in American history. The London Spectator said of it, "We cannot read it without a renewed conviction that it is the noblest political document known to history, and should have for the nation and the statesmen he left behind him something of a sacred and almost prophetic character."

Journalist Noah Brooks, an eyewitness to the speech, said that as Lincoln advanced from his seat, "a roar of applause shook the air, and, again and again repeated, finally died away on the outer fringe of the throng, like a sweeping wave upon the shore. Just at that moment the sun, which had been obscured all day, burst forth in its unclouded meridian splendor, and flooded the spectacle with glory and with light." Brooks said Lincoln told him the next day, "Did you notice that sunburst? It made my heart jump."

According to Brooks, the audience received the speech in "profound silence," although some passages provoked cheers and applause. "Looking down into the faces of the people, illuminated by the bright rays of the sun, one could see moist eyes and even tearful faces."

Brooks also observed, "But chiefly memorable in the mind of those who saw that second inauguration must still remain the tall, pathetic, melancholy figure of the man who, then inducted into office in the midst of the glad acclaim of thousands of people, and illumined by the deceptive brilliance of a March sunburst, was already standing in the shadow of death."

At this second appearing to take the oath of the presidential office, there is less occasion for an extended address than there was at the first. Then a statement, somewhat in detail, of a course to be pursued, seemed fitting and proper. Now, at the expiration of four years, during which public declarations have been constantly called forth on every point and phase of the great contest which still absorbs the attention, and engrosses the energies of the nation, little that is new could be presented. The progress of our arms, upon which all else chiefly depends, is as well known to the public as to myself; and it is, I trust, reasonably satisfactory and encouraging to all. With high hope for the future, no prediction in regard to it is ventured.

On the occasion corresponding to this four years ago, all thoughts were anxiously directed to an impending civil war. All dreaded it–all sought to avert it. While the inaugeral [sic] address was being delivered from this place, devoted altogether to saving the Union without war, insurgent agents were in the city seeking to destroy it without war–seeking to dissole [sic] the Union, and divide effects, by negotiation. Both parties deprecated war; but one of them would make war rather than let the nation survive; and the other would accept war rather than let it perish. And the war came.

One eighth of the whole population were colored slaves, not distributed generally over the Union, but localized in the Southern part of it. These slaves constituted a peculiar and powerful interest. All knew that this interest was, somehow, the cause of the war. To strengthen, perpetuate, and extend this interest was the object for which the insurgents would rend the Union, even by war; while the government claimed no right to do more than to restrict the territorial enlargement of it. Neither party expected for the war, the magnitude, or the duration, which it has already attained. Neither anticipated that the cause of the conflict might cease with, or even before, the conflict itself should cease. Each looked for an easier triumph, and a result less fundamental and astounding. Both read the same Bible, and pray to the same God; and each invokes His aid against the other. It may seem strange that any men should dare to ask a just God’s assistance in wringing their bread from the sweat of other men’s faces; but let us judge not that we be not judged. The prayers of both could not be answered; that of neither has been answered fully. The Almighty has his own purposes. "Woe unto the world because of offences! for it must needs be that offences come; but woe to that man by whom the offence cometh!" If we shall suppose that American Slavery is one of those offences which, in the providence of God, must needs come, but which, having continued through His appointed time, He now wills to remove, and that He gives to both North and South, this terrible war, as the woe due to those by whom the offence came, shall we discern therein any departure from those divine attributes which the believers in a Living God always ascribe to Him? Fondly do we hope–fervently do we pray–that this mighty scourge of war may speedily pass away. Yet, if God wills that it continue, until all the wealth piled by the bond-man’s two hundred and fifty years of unrequited toil shall be sunk, and until every drop of blood drawn with the lash, shall be paid by another drawn with the sword, as was said three thousand years ago, so still it must be said "the judgments of the Lord, are true and righteous altogether"

The signs are everywhere, or so many would want you to believe.  Just turn on your TV, (if you are really called to do so), tune into talk radio, pay attention to the heated conversations loudly shared at public places and sooner or later you’ll hear something like one of the following:

“The signs of the end times are here!”

“Jesus, (or Allah, or whomever), is coming soon… are you ready?”

“The Mayan calendar is ending and so is the world!”

While these are statements are generic composites, chances are you have already heard or will hear some other closely related declaration.  These statements are usually shared with a surreal sense of glee by the deliverer, and leave many pondering fear-filled thoughts and emotional puzzles to work through.

It was not so many years ago that these conversations focused around the millennium and our need to store water, hoard food and prepare for the end of the world.  Remember when we were all going to wake up on January 1, 2000 and discover that something magically “went wrong” around midnight.  There were groups that went into mountain caves, survivalists who stocked up on ammo, and the holdouts who were ready for anything.

Sounds familiar to the experience of now, however there is one marked difference as we delve into this moment.  And it is this difference that has brought us to the collective co-creative moment that is undisputedly upon us.

What is this difference?  It is the marked increase in polarity and fear combined with the levels of consciousness that have now anchored on our planet that have brought us to this new moment.  This moment has been rising steadily throughout the ages and has arrived whether we feel ready or not.  Humanity has left many markers along the way and it is now our job to remember the essence of these markers instead of allowing the newly powerful and highly persuasive mainstream media to be our interpreter.

All of this energy IS the Shift of the Ages:  the co-creation of consciousness plus polarity that forces us to gaze into our deeper knowing and propel beyond the illusion that is presented with force and believability.

Many of you may already be familiar with FOX news and their devoted team of “reporters” who daily do their best to persuade you of their point of view.  While recently coming out of the shadows of political preference through their donation of one million dollars to the Republican party, they have also unleashed a new brand of tele-evangelist in the name of Glenn Beck.

Now take a moment, bring a hand to your heart and breathe. Our intent is not to offer you any form of judgment or opinion about FOX or Glenn.  We are, however sharing with you our DIRECT first-hand experience of the power of polarity and the importance of holding a level of consciousness that can gaze at the polarity with the recognition of a divine plan unfolding.

In mid-August we were invited to appear as keynote speakers at a world conference that gathered attendees of expanded consciousness from 22 countries in Washington DC.  This was truly a beautiful gathering of people who could set aside all political, racial, and national interests for the benefit of co-creating a positive vision for humanity.

This event has been held continually for 23 years and each year the location is determined based upon the founders assessment of the prior years global activities and where the most positive influence could be offered on a planetary basis.  How perfect that Washington, DC, USA was the chosen location for 2010!

As the week long conference unfolded the energy of true community emerged amongst the hundreds of attendees and presenters and it was decided that on Tuesday, August 17, the entire conference would go forth to every corner of DC and simply allow the power of co-creation to work through them.

While this may seem absurd to some, and awesome to others, the fact is what happened to us personally that day was truly a divine gift. 

Leaving our hotel early in the morning we were personally called to visit the Lincoln memorial.  We cannot share with you exactly why, it just felt that there was something there for us to re-discover.  It was a typically hot, humid summer day and we arrived at the Mall area of the Smithsonian.

Making sure we had plenty of water for our mile long walk past the Washington Monument, the World War II memorial, and the reflecting pool, we finally arrived at the steps of the imposing memorial of Abraham Lincoln.

Experiencing fatigue and extreme heat, we did not let our bodies or the vast amount of steps stop us from climbing up into the area that houses the immense statue of Lincoln.  Arriving in the main chamber, whether you have ever visited or not, you immediately feel a sense of “all that was ever right” with democracy overwhelm you.

We were immediately greeted by a beautiful couple who had arrived in the US from Nigeria for the world conference and our mutual love and appreciation for each other and the beauty of the four of us standing together was filled with great joy for us all.

We then went to the left far wall of the memorial and read the larger than life inscription of the Gettysburg address.  The words were potent and ominous.  They were so profoundly filled with truth that we wondered if we had ever really read or understood them before.

As you turn from the Gettysburg wall and stare across the monument you discover another larger than life inscription.  This was of Lincoln’s SECOND inaugural address. This one took our breath away and we literally sank our backs into the large marble columns as we read each paragraph with new perspectives and heightened awareness.

This was a profoundly expanding moment: a rarified insight where you can feel the energy of Lincoln speaking loudly to the polarity of today through the events of the past.  It was truly beyond words and left us in a tender place as we decided to walk down the steps and begin our voyage back to the Smithsonian.

As the universe would so beautifully arrange, as we were walking down the steps of the Lincoln memorial we noticed a fairly large camera crew and reporters gathered at the bottom of the monument.  Filled with divine inspiration and still feeling very tender from our experience, we did our best to walk as far away from them as we could.

When we were just at the bottom of the steps we found ourselves “spotted” by the lead reporter who ran after us in her high heels!  Sensing that we needed to chat with her we turned around and engaged in conversation.

To our surprise the conversation centered around the polarity that is being demonstrated on our planet and specifically around the proposed August 28^th gathering at the Lincoln Memorial spearheaded by Glenn Beck.

She was engaging, articulate and seeking answers.  She wanted to know how we viewed this gathering that was being held on the anniversary of Martin Luther King’s famous rally and that many supported this gathering as a way for Beck to “support the troops.”

We agreed to be filmed and shared openly from our hearts.  Kira invited everyone watching to put their hands on their heart and here is part of what she shared with the reporter and film crew:

“This is America, and in America everyone has the right to free speech.  It does not matter whether you agree with them or not, it is their right.  However, it saddens me that the right to free speech is being used to encourage so many to be so angry.”

We actually spent 10 minutes with the film crew and shared extensively about the polarity and consciousness connection of these times.  The reporter and the film crew were all delighted with our conversation and commented that Sri’s comments were: “The most intelligent thing anyone has said all day.”

As we do not even own a TV, we had not been aware of this heated debate and we were also not attached as to whether or not our comments would be broadcast.  The moment with the TV crew was perhaps the moment that was called for.  An opportunity to offer them a perspective that was different from their everyday experience.

And then, we received the gift of polarity and distortion in action!

Imagine our surprise when on the 7:00 news, this became the second lead story of the evening.  Imagine our surprise when they portrayed Kira Raa as an “angry opposed” citizen.  And while you can still see the tips of her fingers on her heart in the TV frame, the station took a sound bite out of context after a false build up about Kira’s opinion and from the entire segment they aired:  “It saddens me that the right to free speech is being used to encourage so many to be so angry.”

It did not matter what those behind the camera may have experienced in person.  It did not matter to them that the fullness or the full truth be broadcast.  What DID matter was the need to create polarity, because simply put, polarity sells and with it so does the propagation of half truth.

Smiling at the experience, we realized that the gift of this day was to fully be immersed into the polarity so that the positive consciousness energy could be anchored from within it .

After all, it was August 17!  The full power of the 17 was guiding every footstep, including the time it took us to walk to the monument, read the inscriptions, and to literally prepare to be filmed while in that energy.

With each breath may you remember that you are the CO-CREATOR of the Shift of the Ages.  And whether or not your energy is captured by a news crew or witnessed by a person passing you on the street, your ability to release polarity through the recognition of its illusion is a gift you can offer to the world.

Now is the moment.

They also finalized plans for the installation of clean water systems for the two schools and the central municipal buildings.

Your donations have brought forward truly miraculous momentum for these beautiful people, and have helped prevent an outbreak of cholera while providing for natural medicines to those who are in great need.

Sri Ram Kaa is pictured here with the lead doctor at the San Antonio Clinic shortly after bringing her a large case of Bionaid that was purchased with your donations. This powerful product acts as a viral cleanser for those who are ill and also works topically on infected areas of the body.

The doctor was delighted to learn about Bionaid, and put it to use with patients while Sri and Kira were there to help oversee dispensing and usage. Many people who were injured now have infected skin sores and it was truly miraculous to witness them feel instant relief. Sri is pictured here in the workshop that is producing 32 small looms and 15 large looms, (note that Sri is literally standing inside the loom) as part of the TOSA humanitarian aid project. Those who lost their homes also lost all ability to work as their looms were gone with the mud and rocks.

You may also note that in the photo to the left are also the coffins still being built at the same shop. They are stacked from plain box at the bottom to “elegant” at the top. Two people are still buried in the rubble, and 5 year old and his father.

The TOSA aid project will donate a loom and weaving supplies to EVERYONE who lost one. Assisting the Mayan families to create products that they can sell facilitates self-help and empowers self-sustaining lifestyles.
